Once the water is hot add and mix the Jello. When Directions: all of the jello is mixed in and dissolved, add ice water. The jello should be thickening. Now mix in the whole container of Cool Whip. Mix in the strawberries. Then pour into the crust. Decorate the top with strawberries and chill for 4-6 hours.
