Athena Pettit is an NCSF Certified Personal trainer and owner of FLEX Studios. Originally from Alaska, Athena is known for her work with professional basketballers and athletes from some of the US’s competitive sports competitions including FIBA Americas League. Since early childhood, Athena was an agile athlete and used to ace most of the school competitions.
