Support to Accession Negotiations in the Economic Chapters of the EU Acquis -SANECA is a project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and implemented by GIZ Albania that supports the Albanian Ministry of Finance and Economy to increase public officials capacities and to get prepared for EU accession negotiations.
