Pham Thanh is the Founder and CEO of Vietnam BIM Consultancy and Technology Application Company Limited (ViBIM), established in 2014. With a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Assumption University, 2008) and an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (2012), he brings over 11 years of expertise in architecture, BIM, and business management. Before ViBIM, Thành honed his skills as a design architect and BIM leader at Constrexim ICC (2009–2014) and SMEC Vietnam (2008–2009), pioneering BIM adoption in Vietnam since 2011.
At ViBIM, he has led the delivery of 733+ Scan to BIM projects, totaling 250,000 hours, for clients in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada—achieving a 99% on-time delivery rate. His vision is provide high-quality BIM services globally at competitive costs while fostering a professional, tech-driven workplace. A key contributor to Vietnam’s first BIM guidelines (2017) under the Ministry of Construction, Thanh drives innovation with AI/ML and Revit API tools. With 80% of clients retained over five years and 80% of new clients from referrals, his leadership ensures ViBIM’s 100% trial acceptance rate.
