The company was founded by Anthony Giacobbe in 2004 as a small sole proprietorship which was then registered as a Corporation in 2010. Over seven years it has grown into a larger corporation maintaining personal services and extending into business services. Mr. Giacobbe obtained a degree from DeVry University specializing in Computer Networking and Security and has over 10 years experience personally working in the field.
