Transforming forgotten communities by providing hope through sustainable healthcare. IMPACT REPORT FY2021

OUR MISSION Mission:318 is a medical mission organization that exists to transform forgotten communities and provide hope through sustainable healthcare. We do this by combining the use of advanced technology, a strategic network of global partners, and trusted relationships in the neighborhoods we serve. OUR VISION To inspire hope to the vulnerable communities by providing care and medical mentorship. OUR VALUES Desiring to follow the model of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we seek to: Love God. Love and serve others. Live as people of integrity. Strive for excellence. WWW.MISSION318.COM

Dear Friends and Partners, Through COVID-19 pandemic, Mission:318 never abandoned its mission of transforming lives and delivering hope to vulnerable communities through the provision of sustainable healthcare. The communities we serve needed us more than ever. With renewed importance of serving those hardest hit by the pandemic, Mission:318 continues to provide critical health services with more effort, conscientiousness, diligence, and a renewed focus on safety. We have continued to deliver quality medical and surgical care in Yendi and Sefwi-Bekwai, Ghana, Cap Haïtien, Haiti, and are preparing to provide much needed medical care in our hometown of St. Louis. We are particularly proud of the construction of the Emergency/Trauma Center in Ghana, the stipend provided to Dr. Ayuba Abdulai, the delivery of maternal and child clinical care in Sefwi-Bekwai, and the life-saving care delivered – both in Haiti and St. Louis, to one of our critically-ill community nurses. Looking forward, the future of Mission:318 is promising, with the completion of the Emergency/Trauma Center in Yendi on the horizon, Mission:318 has strengthened its operations both at home and abroad. Our Advisory Board has expanded to thirteen members and now includes our in-country advisors – Nana Kofi Armah III, Reverend Emmanuel Mustapha, and Dr. Ayuba Abdulai in Ghana, and Dr. Wislyn Avenard in Haiti. The Board and Advisory Board are committed to strengthening the relationships we need to serve, educate, and provide medical services. We are so grateful to our partners, for it is these relationships that allow us to deliver medical services and transform lives and provide hope to forgotten communities. Our team is fully invested in these trusted relationships and serving the least of these. We would love to have a deeper conversation if this report creates more questions and excitement for you. Excited to work with you and alongside our partners! Blessings, Jonathan Limpert, MD, FACS | President of the Board WWW.MISSION318.COM

In North St. Louis, alongside the Tabernacle Community Development Corporation, Mission:318 helps make healthcare available to more people in St. Louis. Because of our strong relationships with Mercy and TCDC, Mercy will be moving into The Hub to provide much-needed medical services to the community.
