One son: Alex Jourdan Milledge (Albany, GA). Four living sisters: Evelyn Whitfield Ruby W. Smith (Smyrna, GA), Marilyn Walters-Bell (Leesburg, (Leesburg, GA) GA), Mary Green (Staten Island, NY), and Charmaine Dougall (Dwight) (Staten Island, NY). and the late One living brother: Alvin James Walters James Lee Green (Leesburg, GA). One sister and two brothers preceded her in death: Felicia Green (2015 Staten (Leesburg, GA). Island, NY), Vennie Green (1983 Staten Island, NY), and Bennie Green-(2008 Staten Island, NY). She was Four beautiful granddaughters: Nahla Alise educated and Dawson (Albany, GA), Aubrey Rockett (Batesville, MS), Emorie Rockette (Batesville, MS), Nola graduated from Rockette (Batesville, MS), Two handsome grandsons: Nigel Alexander Thornton (Albany, Lee County GA) and Jordan Wright (Batesville, MS). One living Aunt: Mary Wilson (Sicklerville, NJ). High School in Additionally, Mrs. Sherrye’s maternal 1976. She treated people the way she of our hearts… wanted to be treated. She actively participated in many ministries in her church, such as Choir President, Treasurer, Children Ministry, Youth Ministry Director, Deaconess, Mission, Senior Citizen, Sick and Shut In. She was a dedicated bible study teacher to the children and youth. She also sang in the choir for many, many years. She truly loves God, her church and church family. Mrs. Sherry was a dedicated working person. She loved children so seasonally, she worked for Easter Seal Society . Although, her primary career was cosmetology; eventually, this Royal Priesthood Queen opened her own business entitled Sherrye’s Salon. She worked faithfully for many years until she became ill. 2
