Each model is available in configurations to take 2” (50mm), 2.5” (64mm), and 3” (75mm) diameter posts. A pigment applied using the powder coat process. Color is applied in powder form and then baked in a high temperature process. Chrome is the finish most people are familiar with, but oven that makes the pigment flow and form a skin on the stanchion that is much tougher and more durable than paint. Viewing Distance Xtra 3” Wide BeltThe larger the print the greater distance it can be seen from. Visible distance is important to get the best value from branding, particularly on the belts on the outside of a queue system where the message is seen by passersby and not just those in the queue. Queue Solutions developed the Xtra belt specifically to give greater impact to printed messages and logos. The 3” width of the Xtra belt allows logos and messages to be printed 50% larger than on a standard 2” wide belt. The larger print size dramatically increases both viewing distance and impact of prints.ImpactFor those standing in the queue or close to a safety barrier the size of the belt print greatly affects the impact of the logo or message.
