Stir fry pork with holy basil (Pad Ka Praow) Ingredient 1. 200g ground pork 2. 15g Thai garlics 3. Bird's eye chili *depends on your taste 4. holy basil *depends on your taste 5. 2tbsp oyster sauce 6. 2tsp fish sauce 7. Cooked steam jasmine rice 8. Fried egg
process Step 1 Grind the garlic and chili in the blender.
Step 2 Fry the egg.
Step 3 On medium-high heat, fry the holy basil leaves just 4-5 secconds. Then set a side.
Step 4 Put Lard in the frying pan on medium-high heat.
Step 5 Add the garlic and chili, stir-fry until aromatic.
Step 6 Add mince pork, continue stir-fry until quite done.
Step 7 Add fish sauce.
Step 8 Add the oyster sauce and a pinch of sugar to taste.
Step 9 Turn off the heat, then add the holy basil leaves and stir well to combine.
Step 10 Top \"pad ka praow\" on the cooked steam jasmine rice and fried egg, then garnish with the fried holy basil leaves. And now it's ready to serve! : )
