EDITOR NOTE Life is all about a journey that starts with birth...And living it by conquering the world till death...At the same time, other things also matter a lot in everyone's life...Life has to be enjoyed every second so that you don't get frustrated in this life... According to me Rotaract means hope and opportunity. In simple words, A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step, mine began with Rotaract. It’s not just term but an emotions…It has enhanced my life far beyond my expectation. The first quarter has been a wide ride of emotions. I started the year as editor, learning and growing into how the avenue functions. The quarter has been challenging and fun. We can’t wait for the next quarter and what it has in store for us. PRESIDENT’S NOTE Hello everyone, I Rtr. Priti Nag, President of the Rotaract Club of Mumbai Sky City, take great joy in introducing you to our Quarter 1 bulletin. This quarter has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride. From doing online events to getting down to a lot of on ground events, has been a huge change and we've all personally loved it. We also conducted our 3rd Installation Ceremony which in turn was a huge success. Our team is focused to do event better projects for the quarters left, and to \"EKTA\" (Empowering_Knowing_transforming_Accepting). I hope our readers enjoy the bulletin as much as I did.

CORE TEAM’S NOTE Beginning are always the craziest with the excitement of starting a new journey. The first quarter has been an exciting learning experience for all of us. We as a team, have bonded and begun understanding what it takes to function smoothly. Not only do we encourage each other to do our best, but we also push one another and make sure help wherever necessary. As a club, we await to see the best things we create in the next quarters!

CHIPLUN RELIEF This Initiative help us to extend small help to that badly affected region by flood. We provided all the Needy & Required things to them which will help them. To help affected people to restart their life after a heavy damage. Also we contact & took help of Rotaract club of Chiplun to understand the local & current Need, According to that we try managing the resources. So from the fund raiser we collected 30000 Rs. From this fund we bought this things 25 Single Burner Gas Stove, 14 Double Burner Gas Stove, 60 Blankets, 100 Towels, 25 Mats, 120 packets Sanitary Pads. We Transferred this things to RC Chiplun & on our behalf RC Chiplun Distributed this Things to Needy families. VACCINATION DRIVE Vaccination saves lives at every stage of life. This event was conducted by our Community Services Rtr. Jhalak Patel Jointly with our Partners-In-Service Rtr. Arti Nag in association with Rotary Club of Mumbai West Coast, in SRV Hospital, Jawahar Nagar, and Goregoan (West). It was necessary to everyone to get vaccinated and many of them don't get so for that we provide them. As the increasing case of covid-19 patients, we organized a free vaccination drive. So around 80+ people got vaccinated.

BEACH CLEANUP DRIVE To restore our natural beauty by cleaning the garbage which has been dumped by residents. The event was conducted by our Community Service avenue, Rtr. Jhalak Patel in association with Rotary Club of Mumbai West Coast, to a clean beaches of Sliver Beach, Madh, Malad (West) for a healthy environment. RCMSKC TREK This event was conducted by our Rtr. Aditya Chavan and Rtr. Vrushali Shinde in 1st August 2021 collaboration with Rotaract Club of Ghanshyamdas Saraf College to RCMSKC Monsoon Trek, Water Fall Hike Ganpati Gadad, Murbad District, and Maharashtra at 5:00am to 11:00pm from its base camp. During the bus journey, we played songs and everyone was enjoying themselves, dancing and singing along. During the decent, many of us just started singing because of the perfect weather and the scenery. Overall, the event was a total blast and everyone loved it. It's been a fabulous trek and had a great time.

WORLD INDIGENOUS DAY On the event of International Day of World’s Indigenous People’s day, International service director Rtr. Faizeen Behlim came up with great initiative. This initiative to create awareness about Indigenous people and their rights. We have issued a presentation which talks about who Indigenous people are and what are their rights. No matter how far we are this day SIBLINGS STORIES always bring backs the happy days we had together. On the event of Rakshabadhan day, social media director Rtr. Tanvi Pawle came up with this amazing event. Participants share their picture brothers with a secret letter to your siblings or any best memories you can shared with us. The all entries were posted on our instagram handle. SPEAK CONFIDENTLY Speak clearly, if you speak at all carve every word before you let it fall. This event was conducted by our Professional development director Rtr. Tehrim Shaikh in Speak Confidently. An informative session on how you can communicate confidently and fluently.

FIND YOUR BLISS This event was conducted by our media production director Rtr. Lavkush Pandey in Find your bliss by asking participants to submit their moments captured within lens during picture with find bliss. The most creative ones were announced winners and provided e-certificate as well entry featured our club page. This initiative was increased the interest and encourage the hobby for photography. WRITER’S COMPETITION An event hosted by our club’s editorial director Rtr. Pranali Bhinge conducted Writer’s competition based on theme event by asking participants to submit their entries throughout link. The most creative once were announced winners and provided e-certificate also their work posted our club instagram handle. Participants found this event too was interesting, would love to participate in more such contest.

STREY DOG VACCINATION This event is association with Rotary Club of Mumbai West Coach vaccination drive on 28th September morning for stray dogs under Animal welfare project and it cover by newspaper. DIABETES CHECKUP An event hosted by our CAMP Community Service director Rtr. Jhalak Patel conducted Diabetes Check up Camp in association with Rotary Club of Mumbai West Coast, at Anmol Fortune, Goregoan (w) in 29th September 2021 at 8:00am to 12:00pm.

ECO FIESTA It's craze and much awaited Ganpoati festival an event hosted by our Rtr. Faizeen Behlim and Rtr. Aditya Chavan conducted by Eco Fiesta Competition on celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi festival in Eco-friendly and sustainable way in collaboration with 5 other clubs. To spread awareness eco friendly ways. Winners will be Recognised with Cash Price & Appreciation Certificate. In association with Chitrakar Vasant Wankhede Foundation And in collaboration with, Rotaract Club of Mohali, RID 3080 Rotaract Club of NIET, RID 3201 Rotaract Club of Kankaria, RID 3054 Rotaract Club of Calcutta Metro City, RID 3291 Rotaract Club of Chiplun, RID 3170

COCLUSION AND VOTES OF THANKS!!! What a beautiful journey we had till now, from getting introduced to such amazing core team, members, to the various of our club, their activities and so much more! We wish all of our reader's great success in all their endeavor and hope that our bulletin would remain in their hearts as a beacon of courage and inspiration!
