I (we) understand that in return for our financial commitment, I (we) will receive the benefits listed on the SPONSOR BENEFIT OPTIONS page attached. I (we) understand that unless other arrangements are made with HCS in advance, payment in full is due within 30 days of invoice which will be sent upon HCS receiving signed agreement. I (we) understand that should a new banner need to be produced due to company changes, the cost of a replacement will be billed to our company; however, damaged banners will be replaced by Heritage if banners are less than 5 years old. I (we) understand these benefits are valid during the school year, from July 1st through June 30th.
