DRR Theme for 2020-21 Rtr Taneem-E-Gul DRR Elect. (2020-21) RID 3250 Warm Rotaract Greetings, It is a matter of Pride for a DRR to launch the District for their Session and I feel honoured to launch the theme for the session 2020-21 \" Because We Can \". Do you understand how amazing it is to hear from an adult? Do you know how amazing it is to listen to that from anybody? It's one of the most straightforward sentences in the world, just four words, but they are the four hugest words in the world when they are put together \" You Can Do It \" With this District 3250 is Coming with the theme \"Because We Can\" in the session 2020-21. There are Several Things which we plan to do and got success in it. However, at the same time there are things in which we fail to achieve the goal but somewhere there us still Hope and strength remains to complete the following task or to achieve the desired goal to win the challenges but because somewhere our moral gets down. So we put some positive or inspirational words can do make a man do wonders and completely changes the scenario of the result. So In the session 2020-21 Rotary International District 3250 is ready to accept all the Challenges and to Complete all the tough but possible tasks \"Because We Can.\"

Rtr Shivam Ashish You have also accepted the responsibility of supporting DRR Reporting Elect. (2020-21) RID 3250 in every possible way. One of your vital task is to send monthly reports on time. Their creativity, activeness and their approach to handle every situation makes me proud. I hope you’ll be sending reports every month on time in our upcoming tenure also. CELEBRATING THE LEGACY, HERALDING THE FUTURE. RTR PRAKASH MODAK 26th January 1950 was the day when the Constitution of India came into force. It was the day when India turned to a republic Zonal Rotaract Representative (2019-20) country after the British colonial rule of 300 years. Since then, Zone-IV, RID 3250 we commemorate the day by celebrating the Republic Day on 26th January every year. The Constitution of India, also regarded as the supreme law of our country, was framed by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, who was the chairman of the constitution drafting committee. The hard work and intelligence of Dr. Ambedkar and the members of the drafting committee helped our nation to get our very own constitution, which declares India as a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, and the Democratic Republic nation. Republic Day is vital for every Indian citizen. It is one of the national festivals of India, which embarks a sense of patriotism in everybody’s mind. It is one of the occasions which helps to introduce the younger generation to our great Indian history and culture. It is the day when we remember our great leaders and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the country. Republic Day also teaches us the importance of unity and how it helped in the Indian freedom struggle to defeat the much mighty British Empire. Mahatma Gandhi’s non-violence movement shows us how we can overcome a much powerful enemy without lifting a single weapon or shedding a drop of blood. Republic Day also makes us remember that all the citizens of the country are equal for the constitution, and there is no discrimination based on caste, creed, or religion. The Republic Day is celebrated every year across the country with full enthusiasm, zeal, joy, and of course, with the real sense of patriotism. The celebrations in schools are widespread sightings on this day, where children are smartly dressed up carrying the tricolor and wearing the badges of our great freedom fighters. Flag hoisting ceremonies, cultural programs, speeches, various competitions, etc. are conducted in all the schools as well as in the government and private offices. The President of India addressed the nation on the eve of Republic Day on 25th January and telecasted on all the radio and television channels. The main celebration takes place in New Delhi at Rajpath near India Gate on 26th January. Republic Day instills a sense of patriotism in the hearts of the people. 26th January is the day when all the citizens of our country unite together under the single blanket of togetherness and celebrate the day with zeal and zest. It also reminds us of the value of democracy and to perform our fundamental duties to make our country self reliant, developed, and resilient.

Learn more about our commitment to vocational service in this month's president's message People from all over the world have multiple reasons for joining Rotary. Many new Rotarians each year join for the same reason I did — because Rotary is a great way to benefit your career. When I was a new attorney starting out in Alabama, Gay and I became partners in her father's firm. He instilled in us the value of joining Rotary as a way to build relationships and demonstrate to potential clients that we were serious professionals who held firm to values even more robust than what our profession required. Rotary's commitment to vocational service is built on the highest ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful work, and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society. That last point is so important. No matter our profession, we all contribute mightily to the world when we conduct our work with integrity and always adhere to The Four-Way Test. I have made balancing the demands of Rotary with professional and family commitments one of my priorities as president. No Rotarian should feel pressured to put in more time than a volunteer position should ever demand. This is true for several reasons, one of them being that the work we do in our day jobs is just as important to Rotary as the work we do in the organization. We carry our Rotary values everywhere, and our professional success helps build a case for Rotary every day we go into the office. This is particularly important in our efforts to reach younger new members. We want to see a Rotary where no one is ever asked to choose between being a good Rotarian and being a good parent, business owner, manager, or employee. When we ask busy young people to join us, we should not be asking them to give up their time and freedom. We should be rewarding them with an experience that makes everything they already do even more inspiring. Providing greater balance within Rotary will have another benefit as well: It will create opportunities for other Rotarians, including Rotaractors, to step up and take a leadership role on projects and committees. This will ensure that they remain engaged in our clubs and inspired to be Rotarians for life. Throughout the world, Rotary is admired for its vocational service and for the time-honored values we instill in all business relationships. As we continue our work to grow Rotary, let us remember that vocational service remains a crucial selling point to potential members. Rotary Connects the World, and by making Rotary's vocational service work known to people in more professions and at different stages of their careers, we will help grow our organization and make it stronger and more diverse.
