ROGERS RECREATION LEARN-TO-SKATE ICE SKATING LESSONS ► AGE 3½ -ADULTµ The Rogers Activity Center (RAC) Learn-to-Skate program offers a hybrid skating program designed to meet the needs of all skaters and incorporates the Learn-to-Skate USA curriculum. Each class presents a progression of specific skills that build upon one another and give a great foundation to reach both recreational and competitive hockey/ figure skating goals. Students often remain in the same level for a few sessions before mastering the skills needed to move to the next level. Skaters who desire to progress quickly are encouraged to register for multiple sessions and attend the Open Skating sessions. LEARN-TO-SKATE ROGERS RECREATIONSNOWPLOW SAM – DISCOVER, LEARN & PLAY Playing hockey helps improve balance, flexibility and► AGE 3½ -5µ coordination along with muscle strength and endurance.This level is for new skaters who have rarely or never been on skates.Level 1-4 will help skaters build confidence while learning basics ofskating through progression of advancing to each level.
