Angkor Wat Angkor wat is a temple complex at Angkor, Cambodia, Build for King Sryavarman II in the early 12 century as this state temple and capital city. The CEFP is a public institution which was established in response to an argent need to train disadvantaged young people with little formal education, living for the most part in rural areas, and offer them a jobs entry program.
