A personnel policy plan or personnel plan is a means for implementing the personnel policy. A company's personnel policy details clearly and step-by-step how the company deals with its employees. 2. Which steps can you take to write a personnel plan? 3. Which points can you use to describe the current situation? By setting up the personnel plan project, the description of the assignment and the development of the organisation description, there is already a certain picture of the organisation. In order to be able to write a personnel plan, an assessment is made of the current state of affairs. Possible issues: • The current organisation. What does SWOT mean? The SWOT analysis is a tool which can be used to assess an organisation. SWOT stands for Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. • The internal analysis contains the strengths and weaknesses. Weaknesses cause problems and complaints. • An external analysis involves studying trends in society. This is where opportunities and threats can be found. 5. What can you do with a confrontation matrix? A certain policy can be chosen on the basis of the internal and external analysis (the SWOT analysis) in the field of human resources. The choice can be determined by making a confrontation matrix. This is a matrix table showing a comparison between the strengths/weaknesses and the opportunities/threats. 6. Name three measures which fall under a personnel plan. Name three advantages which fall under a personnel plan. • If there is a clear action plan, each member knows what has to happen. • The goal is achieved on the basis of a strict schedule. • The responsibilities of the customer, project leader and project members have been established. • People can focus on the project because time has specially been made available. • Working in a project team is educational and project members are able to develop their skills. 8. Develop the management factors of a digital scheduling project for the waiters. The management factors for a successful project are below. The reasons for evaluating a project are often important in order to assess the success moments, the points for improvement, whether the company is going to implement a similar project and whether the project members have acquired the necessary experience.
