The formula has a layering effect which takes a couple of applications to fully settle into the chain. Only degrease when necessary.

The granules have a high liquid storage capacity and absorptive power which gives it superior drainage action. Sweat is absorbed and sucked into the granules where it is evenly distributed along the sweatband. It is then gravity-drained along the sweatband away from the eyes and protective eye-wear to the lowest point of the sweatband (or on contact with the helmet strap). Secondary evaporation of sweat from the surface area also ensures a cooling effect.
