Growth is a journey not a destination When we look at our growth journey, we prefer looking at each individual step that will get us to where we want to be. In real terms what this meant was that as a process driven company we broke down the organization into individual processes that each employee took to perform the task at hand............ At last count there were 447 individual processes. From Planning, Operations and Finance to Estimation, HR and Procurement. All functions had clear processes defined. These were then set in place through a comprehensive training exercise. Stringent audits done regularly ensure compliance across the organization..........................................................................................................
