ETHICS HOTLINE Description of Ethics Hotline service; Ethics Line consultancy service is the ethics hotline that the Company employees will report in case of violations of the unethical situations and the ethical culture determined by the Company as blue and white collar. Terms of Use of Ethics Hotline Service; ▪ Our Ethics Hotline services are provided between 09:00 and 19:00 on weekdays and weekends. The Ethics hotline is provided to the employees of the company continuously throughout the year. Service time is limited to 15 minutes. ▪ In order for the employee to report unethical behavior, it is important that employee information is recorded in our system. In order to inform the employee, the name, surname, card / policy number and / or ID, ID numbers of the persons who will benefit from our consultancy service are shared with C&C by the Company. After this information is entered into our system, our support line checks the information of the caller and the member is transferred to the relevant service consultant. No service is provided to the person who is not registered in the system and the information of the caller is shared with the Company for the control. ▪ Within the scope of the ethics hotline service, besides the service line provided on the telephone, it is also possible to receive notices through different channels. These channels are as follows and can be tailored to the needs and demands of the Firm; ➢ E-Mail Group ➢ Online Form ➢ Whatsapp Line ▪ Our ethics hotline service period is 1 year. The employee can call the service line indefinitely and benefit from the right to report whenever he wants. ▪ Our Ethics Hotline service is not only available in Turkish, but also in English, Arabic and Russian. ETHICS CODE MANAGEMENT SERVICE Description of Ethics Code management service; Ethical code generation service is the name given to the whole process of creating Ethical Manifesto and sharing the Ethical Committee at the end of the year after evaluating the notifications received in line with the team to be established with the right employees, in accordance with the needs and expectations of the company and reflecting the Company culture in the most accurate way. Code of Ethics Service Detail; The first step in the ethical code generation service is to consolidate all reports. All reports received through the ethics hotline, e-mail group, online form and Whatsapp line are collected on a single platform and shared with the Company officials via the form. This sharing occurs in 2 ways; ➢ The files are sent to the company authorities in encrypted form by e-mail. All reports are drawn over the online notification system entered with the user name and password defined for each company. • The consolidated notices are shared with the relevant person & department or Ethics Committee if there is no need to go through the evaluation process. • If the company does not have ethical standardization, ethical standardization is established after min 2 max 5 workshops to be attended by authorized persons selected from each department. • If the company does not have an Ethics Committee, the Ethics Committee is formed after the meticulous elections after the training and seminars to be given by the C&C expert team. • After the reports have been consolidated, a Map Road Map inde is created for each notification form together with the notice forms and the evaluation is shared with the company officials. • The Ethics Score map of the company is prepared every month and the Ethics Report is prepared after a detailed review of the reports, improvements and how they are shared with the employees. • All ethical reports are finalized at the end of the year and the company-specific Ethical Manifesto is shared.
