which God has given. In our story, the master represents God. We are the servants. God has given all of us money and possessions to use to build His Kingdom. Everything that we have God has given it to us, our money, clothes, houses, toys, possessions, talents, time - everything! All of our belongings are actually GOD’S! To be a good steward, we must take care of everything God has given us. We are to care for our creation! God created this Earth for us and filled it with plants and animals, we must look after the beautiful nature God made. We are to also look after one another as we are also God’s creation. Just like the servants in our Bible Story, God has given us all different amounts of time, money, talent, and ability. We have to remember that ALL of these are HIS. He just gives them to us to use while we are here on Earth. The stewards had a responsibility to be wise with the owner’s money. That’s why those who invested the money wisely were praised while the one who just buried it and didn’t use it wisely was told off. He didn’t handle his responsibility well. God has given each of us a certain amount of money, time, and talent. If we waste it, we are not being good stewards. We are to be responsible and use what God has given us to build the Kingdom of God, sharing and helping with others and then we will be good stewards!
