ARTIST STATEMENTGraphic Design is a recent pursuit of mine, and it opened myeyes to what I truly want to do. Collage and installation artsimply describes my designs because there are no limits forthe imaginations or particular roles to fallow in those two artmethods. ‫مسجد الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان ح إس مي بارز دولة ا مارات‪ .‬يقع ا سجد مدينة أبوظبي ويعرف محليا سجد الشيخ زايد أو‬‫ا سجد الكب أو أيضا مسجد الشيخ زايد الكب ‪ .‬ويعد خامس أك مسجد العا من حيث ا ساحة الكلية بعد ا سجد الحرام وا سجد النبوي و‬‫الجامع ا موي دمشق ومسجد الحسن الثا بالدار البيضاء ساحة تبلغ ‪ ٤١٢،٢٢‬م ا مربعا ‪ ،‬وأحد أك ع ة مساجد العا من حيث حجم‬‫ا سجد‪ .‬ويتسع ا سجد ك من ‪ ٧٠٠٠‬مص الداخل ولكن من ا مكن مع استع ل ا ساحات الخارجية ان يتسع لحوا ‪ ٤٠،٠٠٠‬مصل لكافة‬ ‫أقسام مبنى ا سجد‪ .‬ومن معا ه ا ميزة وجود أربعة مآذن أركان الصحن الخارجي بارتفاع ‪ ١٠٧‬أمتار لل ذنة مكسية كاملة بالرخام ا بيض‪.‬‬‫وكان الحاكم ا مارا الراحل الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان )رحمه ﷲ( قد وجه ببناء هذا ا سجد العام ‪ ١٩٨٦‬من خ ل دائرة ا شغال العامة‬‫أبوظبي‪ ,‬وساعيًا بذلك ن يكون هذا ا سجد حا إس ميا يرسخ ويعمق الثقافة ا س مية ومفاهيمها وقيمها الدينية السمحة‪ ،‬ومركزا لعلوم الدين‬‫ا س مي‪ .‬حيث أعلن البدء بتصميم ا سجد ع شكل مسابقة دولية‪ ,‬وقد فاز الجائزة ا و مكتب كونس ا ستشاري أبوظبي‪ ,‬ثم أعيدت‬‫ا سابقة عام ‪ ,١٩٨٧‬وفازت بها كة ا كتب العر البلجي )تراكتيبيل الخليج حاليا(‪ ،‬وذلك ع ‪ ٣٥‬دولة مش كة با سابقة‪ ,‬وقد تم تصميم‬‫ا سجد تحت إدارة ا هندس يوسف عبدل ‪ ,‬وكان هنالك مصمم مع ري رئيسي قاموا بإنجاز التصميم وتطويره‪ ,‬وهم‪ :‬ا هندس باسم برغو ‪،‬‬‫وا هندس معتز الحلبي‪ ،‬وا هندس ع د ملص‪ .‬ومن بعد عمل مئات ا هندس ع تطويره وتحت إ اف دائرة ا شغال العامة أبوظبي‪ .‬أول ص ة‬‫قامت ا سجد كانت ص ة عيد ا ضحى العام ‪ ١٤٢٨‬هجريا )‪ ١٩‬ديسم ‪ (٢٠٠٧‬ولكن آنذاك تنته أع ل البناء ا سجد بشكل كامل ‪ .‬وقد‬ ‫تم ا نتهاء من أعمل البناء مارس ‪ .٢٠٠٨‬وبلغ إج تكلفة ا وع مليارين و ‪ ١٦٧‬مليون درهم إمارا ‪.‬‬ ‫� ��� ���� �� �� � ���� � ���‬‫يبلغ عدد ا عمدة داخل قاعة الص ة الرئيسية ‪ ٢٤‬عموداً تحمل ا سقف والقباب الضخمة‪ ،‬وصممت بحيث يكون العمود الواحد مقس ً إ أربعة‬‫ركائز‪ ،‬تحمل العقود الحاملة للقباب‪ .‬هذه ا عمدة مكسوة بالرخام ا بيض ا ط ّعم بالصدف بأشكال زخارف و نقوش وردية ونباتية‪ ،‬ما يضفي ج ً‬‫ورونقاً القاعة‪ .‬أما أبعاد ا سجد الداخلية هي ‪ ٥٠‬م ‪ ٥٥‬م ‪ ،‬ويصل ارتفاع السقف ‪ ٣٣‬م عن ا رض إ عند القبة الرئسية‪ ،‬إذ يصل ارتفاعها‬ ‫إ ‪ ٤٥‬م ‪.‬‬ ‫� ����� �� ���� ����‬‫تغطي أرضية ا سجد أك سجادة العا وتبلغ مساحتها ‪ ٥‬آ ف و ‪ ٦٢٧‬م ا مربعا وصممت بفنون راقية وجميلة تضفي ميزة التف ّرد ع ا سجد‪.‬‬‫السجادة يدوية الصنع ونسجت إيران من قبل كة سجاد إيران وعمل عليها ‪ ١٢٠٠‬ناسج وناسجة‪ ،‬و ‪ ٢٠‬فنيا و ‪ ٣٠‬عام ‪ .‬يبلغ عدد العقد فيها‬ ‫‪ ٢,٢٦٨‬مليون عقدة وتزن السجادة ‪ ٤٧‬طنا‪ ٣٥ ،‬طنا منها من الصوف و ‪ ١٢‬طنا من القطن‪ .‬كلفت السجادة نحو ‪ ٣٠‬مليون درهم‪.‬‬

‫������� ��� ������ ������ ��� ������‬ ‫���� � ��������‬ ‫بدأت أع ل البناء ‪ ١٩٩٨‬تحت إ اف دائرة الشؤون البلدية‪ ،‬وتم تنفيذ ا وع ع مرحلت ‪ ،‬تضمنت ا و بناء‬ ‫ا ساسات والهيكل الخرسا وبلغت تكلفتها ‪ ٧٥٠‬مليون درهم‪ .‬أ ّما ا رحلة الثانية فتضمنت أع ل التشطيب والزخرفة‬ ‫الداخلية والخارجية‪ ،‬وكلفت مليار و ‪ ٢٦٧‬درهم‪ .‬و ف أي ًضا مبلغ ‪ ١٥٠‬مليون درهم ع ا ع ل الخارجية‪.‬‬ ‫تم بناء ا سجد ع ارتفاع ‪ ٩‬أمتار عن مستوى الشارع بنا ًء ع أوامر الشيخ الشيخ زايد شخص ًيا‪ ،‬بحيث كن رؤية‬ ‫ا سجد من زوايا مختلفة ومن مسافة بعيدة‪.‬‬ ‫قامت عدة كات بالعمل ع ا وع‪ ،‬إذ توقفت عدد من ال كات أوقات مختلفة لعدة أسباب‪ .‬وبدأت كة‬ ‫هالكرو ا نجليزية أع لها كاستشاري ع ا وع ‪ ،٢٠٠١‬وعملت مع كة ا قاو ت ا يطالية إم يجلو نهاء‬ ‫ا وع‪.‬‬
