The Adventures of Jupiter



“Jupiter!!!” Someone shouted through my window that voice almost shocked me. “Rei?” “Yes! \"Come on Jupiter! Stop sleeping during the day!” “I know” I replied. I was so busy reading the novel, so I forgot the appointment to take photos with him.



Jupiter….yes, that's my name. So, why am I Jupiter? Because of my mother, she really like the story of the planet and the mother's favorite planet is Jupiter. Then, it was the origin of my name. Aside from I have blue eyes and long brown hair like mother. I still like reading novels very much like Mom.



“Get going!” Rei shouted again, so I quickly packed up and went down to him. \"What are you doing? I've been waiting for you for a long time,\" Rei asked. \"I read the novel and made me forgot the time,\" I replied. “I know” “I think you sleeping.” “Not really, just read the novel.” \"You've almost finished reading the novel in the library, right?\" Rei asked.



I only smiled softly because I thought so. Even though I like to read books a lot but believe me, I never dare to try writing a novel. It seemed like an unreachable dream.



\"Three months left that we need to study at university,” Rei told. “What do you want to study?\" Rei asked and look at my face. I was quiet for a moment before answering.. \"I’ve got no idea at all.\" I just go from one day to the next, how about you?” \"I would probably go to a faculty related to photography.” Rei answered.



It must be great to know what you want to do. \"Here\" Rei said, before pointing to the flat pathway above the river. I was a model for Rei until he was satisfied, then we walked home. Rei went the other way because he had to buy something for his mother at the market first.



While I walked back, my eyes glanced at something that I remember seeing it in some novel. Then, I followed him and passed through the thick growth of grass.



After that, I was shocked again because it turned out that I appeared in another world, which looked like an overview of many novels that I used to read.



I looked around and rubbing my eyes to wake up from my dream, but when I opened my eyes, everything was the same. \"Jupiter!!!\" I heard a familiar voice calling me with a trembling tone. \"Wh…. Wh…. what is this?\" Rei said. \"You said you will go to the market? Then why appear here \" I asked \"Well, you forgot the phone in my pocket, so I hurried to follow and being here with you. I'm completely confused. What happened? \" Rei said. \"I didn't know too, but everything in this was like the novel that I read.\"



Rei glanced at a tree with its various colors, and he was going to pick it up and eat. \"Do not eat !!\" I spoke loudly. \"If you eat it, you will become a pig.\" “What?” Rei exclaimed with doubt. \"Are you here?\" There is one sound spoke, which I still couldn't find the source of the sound. “Who are you?” “Jupiter, I've watched you for a long time. I can feel the power of imagination and courage in you every time you walked past. I had a matter to ask you to help. \"



Her body slowly appeared that revealing the beautiful woman dressed in a long blue dress with a wand and flower crown. \"My name is Gracie.\" \"I am the queen of this kingdom.\" \"Recently, my people began to disappear one by one.\" \"I think it’s probably the feat of my younger sister Ursula, that she wanted to take revenge on me as the queen. \"Only my power may not be enough, so I calle“dI kynoouwin”.” Rei and I followed the queen to the castle. On the way that we walked everything around looked amazing, including the little fairy that lived under the trees, various animals that can speak, and the small houses.



Before we reached the castle, Ursula appeared with the army of giant cockroaches. \"Do you think this girl can help you? If you don't give your kingdom to me, I will curse all your people.” Ursula said. Suddenly, she ordered the army to destroy everything that blocks the way, which are the walls, the little fairies, trees, and animals covering the castle.



The Queen faced Ursula to struggle with her powers that destroy all the things in the castle, and she helped all creatures. While Rei and I will be going to carry the Queen, the Witch Ursula pointed a magic wand straight at me. Unfortunately, Rei stood there to protect me, before turning him into stone. In the meanwhile, the Witch cursed the queen to gradually turn into jelly.



I was going to help the queen have to bounce off and stuck with a giant rock. I was very disheartened in this situation, and I did not know what to do right now. After that, I just thought that I have to help all creatures in this Kingdom. Suddenly, I was astonished when I saw a shining stick which like a shining stick that I ever read before; it has a pink and black diamond on the top, then I heard it calling to me. At the same time, the Witch was slowly casting me to the rock. I tried to hold that shining stick, as well as my hands, were infirm.



Unexpectedly, I could grab that stick that I felt the power of the stick that passed on me. While the stones were gradually burying my body, they were broken up abruptly because of the powerful stick. I run away with gathered my power before pointed the stick towards the evil Witch Ursula. She screamed tragically because her power was unable to fight the power of my magic wand. In the end, her body was spread into butterflies, and her army became just small ants.



I turned to look at everyone who was being cursed. I raised my wand to the sky. A beam of wand covered the entire kingdom, and then everything returned to the same. I rushed to hug my best friend, Rei. The Queen came in to thank me and said.. “That was the wand of her mother that disappeared, and it will come back when it meets a worthy person, perhaps that person is probably you.” When I heard that, I was really surprised because I never thought that a girl without courage like me would become the chosen one.



When everything goes well, the fairy and the animals came to dance with joy. Rei and I said goodbye to the Queen because everything came to normal. The queen gave me something very precious that is a small wand that can write to remind me of how brave I am. When everything was done, the queen, angels, and animals sent me and my friends back to the present again.



I am really pleased that I once participated in saving Wonderland to be a beautiful land again, and I will never forget this very special land. One year later, Rei really attended the university that he had hoped for all his life. As for me, the girl who doesn't dare to do anything new, even though it was what I love cause now I am brave enough. Also, I have my own book and it seems that my book will inspire others to dare to do what they dream of. I think I can't thank anyone if it's not the queen, and I really hope that one day I will return to that land again. - The End -
