NEW OPERATIONAL CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 REGULATIONS FOR TIMESHARE HOLDERS AND CO-OWNERS Dearest Guest Due to the new Covid-19 regulations, a few operational aspects on the resort have changed. Masks are also compulsory throughout the resort and hand sanitizing stations are provided at each facility. Due to the implemented curfew, operating times at certain facilities and restaurants have changed. 1. Check-in: • Temperature checks will be done on each person per vehicle. • Only the main timeshare holder or co-owner may enter Reception to check in after the screening process is completed. 2. Housekeeping Service: • Housekeeping in-house service will only be given on request, this is done by contacting extension 5 from the phone in your unit. • To limit contact, we prefer that you are not present in the unit when service is given. 3. Club Onos and Club Kudos: • We have had to limit the amount of guests at each facility. 4. Swimming Pools: • We have had to limit the amount of guests at each pool area. 5. Restaurants: • All the restaurants on the resort have to follow the strict revised protocols such as temperature screening, a personal health questionnaire, regular cleaning and sanitizing. 6. Casino: • Only 18 years and older are allowed to enter the casino. • The entrance to the Casino’s games arcade is through the Health & Leisure Centre. • The following forms of identification will be required, your Mykonos Rewards Card, your ID/Driver’s license or a valid Passport. Each person who enters the casino will have to have one of these identification documents or no entry will be permitted. No copies of identification documents will be permitted either. • The entrance door to the Health & Leisure centre will remain closed due to the new protocols. Only the main entrance of the casino may be used.

Restaurants: • All bars and restaurants have to close by 22:00 as per the new regulations. • Revised protocols include temperature screening, personal health questionnaire, regular cleaning and sanitizing and redesigned social distancing requirements. 6. Swimming Pools: • We have to limit the number of guests at each pool area. • Guests have to bring their own beach/swimming towels to use at the pools. No beach/swimming towels will be provided during your stay. • The outdoor pools are available to use until 22:00. • The indoor pool is open until 21:00 due to staff transportation. 7. Health & Leisure • The Health & Leisure Centre will close at 21:00 due to staff transportation requirements. • A limitation of guests is required in and outside of the Centre. • Strict social distancing rules have to be followed and masks are compulsory to enter. 8. Casino • The entrance door to the Casino through the Health & Leisure Centre will remain closed due to the new protocols. Only the main entrance of the Casino may be used. • It is compulsory to have your ID or Driver’s License with you when you enter the casino. 9. Notice: • We ask all guests to please be patient with us, we have had to make several changes due to the new regulations and have limited staff available each day.
