Alexis Jordan High School of the Dead“Gabriella watch out, there’s one behind you!” Troy yells as the walker gets closer to Gabriella. It lets out a viciousgrowl as it pins her to the ground and tries to eat her. “I can’t get it off, help me Troy!” She yells frantically. Troy runsover with a knife and stabs the walker in the head, killing it instantly. He helps Gabriella up with blood soaked hands.“Thanks I thought I could handle him, but I guess not,” she says laughing it off. They head back to their camp after along day of looking for more supplies, the others start rushing over to them seeing the blood. “Oh my god, whathappened, where’s that blood coming from,” Sharpay says worried. “Don’t worry that’s walker blood,” Troy saysreassuring her. “Wow you really took one of those things on? Cool.” Chad says impressed. Things had been like thisfor a while, the walkers took over and now they have nowhere to go. They haven’t seen their families since theWildcats High school graduation ceremony last year. “Sharpay, where’s Nicole and Ryan?” Gabriella asks. “Theywent out for a run too, I guess they got tired of sitting in their rooms, Gabriella falls. “Woah what’s wrong, you okay?”Troy asks concerned. “I smell blood, there’s a walker.” He says pulling out the pistol. “No don’t…..it’s me” She saysgraveling on the stair reveal a bite on her left hip. Troy collapse to his knees. “No please tell me that’s a dogbite,”Troys says not knowing what to do. He looks at his gun knowing how painful it is to turn after watching Brianturn just last week. He lifts his gun towards Gabriella’s forehead, crying, and with his finger on the trigger. “Thankyou Troy, Thank you for doing this favor for me, “ Gabriella says smiling. Troy closes his eyes and pulls the trigger,Gabriella’s blood staining the stairs. Troy lowers the gun the holds Gabriella’s lifeless body, crying. Chad andSharpay hear the shot and run to where they are. “What’s going on, we heard a shot,” Sharpay says. They see Troyholding Gabriella’s body with a gun in his hand. “No Troy what did you do…” Chad says shocked. Troy looks up atthem and simply says, “She asked me to….”

THE FAKE NEWS By: Megan AndersonBreaking News: Today people say they had spotted Bigfoot a well-known myth around the country. Is hereal? Or was what they saw was just a man in a costume? “He was big, hairy and had a bear like grunt.”Jackson Gray, a man who witnessed the appearance of Bigfoot had stated, “He was covered in hair from head to toe and stood taller than a bear on his hind legs.” Another witness to the appearance of Bigfoot stated, “Bigfoot is a legend that was never proven to be true.” There’s evidence that people believe is related to Bigfoot but was never confirmed to be from this mythical creature. Thousands of people have claimed to have spotted Bigfoot roaming from California to Mississippi. Bigfoot hunters claim that Bigfoot only comes out when it’s a cool foggy/misty day. He doesn’t like the heat or when it’s warmoutside. Could what these people saw today actually be the first confirmed Bigfoot sighting? Many people believe that God himself did not make this creature, that he was an experiment gone wrong and wasreleased into the woods after scientists didn’t know what to do. Others believe that this creature was kept hidden by the government and escaped when they tried to kill it. Theories go on and on about how this creature became Bigfoot. A big footprint had been found 4 miles into the forest by a group of hikers.Tests had been run on the hair that was found in the footprint and it wasn’t traced to any animal knownto live on this earth. So could it actually be the mysterious Bigfoot everyone is talking about? Or could it have been a hybrid animal that nobody has discovered yet? What do you believe?
