(A) INTRODUCTION Eraskon Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Eraskorp Nigeria Limited and a leading industrial infrastructural conglomerate with assets and operating interests in natural resources, infrastructure and services. Eraskon Nigeria Limited plans to make significant investments in the lubricant and home care products industry in Nigeria by the establishment of an Integrated Manufacturing Complex with lubricating oil blending plant capable of processing 50,000 liters of lube oils per day, plastics manufacturing and packaging, oral care, home care and production of aerosols in Gbaran, Bayelsa State. Erasko Energy Limited has been nominated as the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation contractor for the development of the Integrated Manufacturing Complex project. The development of the integrated Manufacturing Complex will be in phases. Only the first is covered in the Bid as follows: a. Petroleum lubricants – 50,000 litres daily blending capacity, utilizing an Automatic Batch Blending (ABB) technology with Ancillary Equipment. b. Engine Oils: SAE 20W-50 range, SAE 15W-40 range, SAE 40 range. c. This would require filling and packaging of petroleum lubricant products, requiring Filling & Packaging Equipment with associated conveyors and accumulators d. The Integrated Manufacturing Complex facility is situated on a land reserve of about 58,000 square meters with a “state of the art” architectural structure that comprises of the Lubricating oil Blending Plant, Chemicals Blending, Plastics manufacturing Plant and manufacturing of Home Care Products. The space available for the Lube Oil Blending activities is shaded in Red in the attached Layout. 2

(C) BASIC SPECIFICATION FOR LUBE OIL BLENDING AND FILLING & PACKAGING PLANT-ERASKON LTD a. ALL TANKS, PIPELINES AND PUMPS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD. ALL PUMPS AND Accessories shall be of the same make. i.e pumps shall come from one maker while Valves shall be of the same make. b. Steam and product Pipelines shall have properly sized pressure relief Valves, Tanks product circulation lines, Steam Coils, Temperature Controllers and Tank Vent pipe. c. Electrical installation shall comply with IP54 protection, while the power supply shall be 400V, 3phase and 220V single phase, 50HZ, including Neutral and Earth. d. PLCs shall be of latest Siemens make e.g S71500 for Filling Lines, Contactors may be of Schneider or Siemens and Inverters of Siemens or Danfos e. ABB, FINISHED PRODUCTS & HOLDING TANKS: Please quote separately for Stainless Steel and Mild Steel. f. The Batch Coding system shall be from the same Maker. g. List of 2 Year spare part with price shall be included in the quote for consideration. h. FAT and local Training need to be quoted while cost of Insurance to Ship should be Separated from the one to Bayelsa plant. i. Suppliers must be available on site in Nigeria to Install the Equipment and give training to Local Engineers & Technicians. j. If Suppliers have Local Representative in Nigeria any Quote requested on the Equipment shall have a copy sent to this Company to avoid controversy on price. k. All Drawings, Manuals and other Documentations shall be 3 Copies in English. l. Pneumatic pressure is 8-10 Bar, Environment Temperature is 18-40degC, Humidity +/-80%, Altitude 1,000. No Vacuum.
