Greeting Mesa Regal Family! As temperatures start to drop, we smile with relief from the hot summer & raise our expectations for lots of excitement during upcoming 2021-2022 Season! Manny & I are grateful for the awesome opportunity to welcome each & every one of our Mesa Regal family and friends “home.” We know you too are grateful to return to your community & embrace friends once again. Our activities staff is geared to start the party with “Yachts of Fun” as we sail in to an amazing cruise on land! Our amazing TAK Team, Tina, Karen & Amanda, have planned a fabulous array of fun & exciting events we know you are going to enjoy…Just wait & see! We have kept busy all summer sprucing things up throughout the Resort, a few of the following projects: Street sealcoating throughout, dead tree removal (and, we have the directive to start replacing with same citrus tree as weather permits) roof repairs, painted perimeter wall & interior of L-St., painted Regal & Royal Halls, wood floor repairs, new floor in Grill kitchen, re-upholstered barstools & benches in Billiards & re-finished tables/barstools, replaced tile in exterior shower at Greenfield pool, painted & replaced tile at Greenfield Laundry, added some new laundry equipment, acid washed Greenfield pool, painted pool decks, major fire hydrant replacement & repairs as required by MFD, & minor concrete street repairs. We will continue to work on several projects that are in progress. We’ll keep you informed as they develop and/or finalize. Monsoon activity continues to keep us busy with mass storm clean up. We thank you for your patience as we schedule major clean-up of the sports complex which is based on predicted weather forecast. A special thanks to our maintenance crew, that in addition to their day to day duties, they always work diligently after each storm to make sure Resort entrances & streets are tidy with a clean & warm welcome for our guests. Our housekeepers also take pride in their daily duties in keeping the facilities clean & safer as they maintain sanitizing protocol. Though Guest Services & Activities offices remain contactless, please be rest assured staff is here each day to assist the day to day Resort needs. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or call 480.830.2821. By now all reservation holders for the upcoming season, to include park model owners, have received registration documents online. Please note this is a requirement as set forth in Resort Guidelines & Policies Handbook. Please make sure you complete, sign & return to us upon receipt of email. If you haven’t received email, please check your Spam File. If your computer doesn’t recognize sender, it will automatically send email to Spam File. Upon arriving in the Resort, please go to your assigned site and call Guest Services when you have parked. All pertinent vehicle, badge & decals will be in your mailbox once we confirm we have received your completed automated registration packet. Courtesy Patrol on duty or Resort Guide will assist in escorting to your site if necessary. Thank you for choosing Mesa Regal. We look forward to a fabulous season with “Yachts of Fun” & excitement! Warm Regards, Gloria & Manny Salgado 3 “In a world where you can be anything...Be Kind”

Juhuhuhu Hello Mesa Regal Family & Friends!! I was gone for 2 Years, 10 Month and 16 Days, but who is counting right??? It is hard to describe in words how I feel to be back Home. It’s amazing, heartwarming, so welcoming, friendly and with lots of love - exactly how I remembered! My heart is so happy reconnecting with so many of you, and meeting new residents. You know I how I know Mesa Regal is the place for me? Since I have been back my husband says how happy I am every day when I come home. I have been here already for six weeks >> Jipppih!!
