Hello Towerpoint, Happy March!! This is our first of hopefully many more newsle ers to come as the property managers for our fabulous resort! It’s been a lot of fun ge ng into our new role and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed mee$ng so many of you! We are looking forward to the journey and mee$ng as many of our residents as possible! We are welcoming March in like a lamb or for Towerpoint more like a marshmallow man with good vibes! We plan on having a lot of fun as we con$nue to celebrate life together! We’ve observed so much already that helps us fall in love with our community, it starts as you hit the entrance or step outside of your house with all of the smiling faces and kind waves, it goes beyond this by feeling all of the sharing hearts through ac$ons made to help each other, it’s heard in the con$nuous laughter from every part of the resort, the healthy vibes that occur from the friendly and spirited compe$$ons in the sports complex and tennis courts, the beauty shared by our many ar$st and the talents displayed in the woodshop and sewing room, along with the mo$va$on felt during workout classes and the never ending fun on the dance floor! We are planning on March being a smoother month for us and being more se led in, so we can take many of you up on the kind invites to join in all of the fun our lovely resort has to offer! Thanks to everyone who came out to the parade and those who showed support for our community- Peace and Love to you all! A le er of thanks for all of the support and posi$ve energy shared with us! We want to thank DJ and Judy for everything they do and have done for so many years, their commitment and years of experience has helped us tremendously in our new role, not to men$on the numerous amounts of amazing events and ac$vi$es they help bring to life!! Our Guest Services office team has been wonderful to learn from and work with, ensuring our residents and guests receive five-star treatment. It’s always a pleasure working with our Cactus Grille team providing smiles, yummy food, and beverages. Ditches have literally been dug with our maintenance team and we are enjoying ge ng our hands around everything it takes to provide a beau$ful, well maintained community along with housekeeping doing a great job keeping everything sparkle! Shawn has been busy providing homes to new residents to fill our community! We have a tremendous team here at Towerpoint with our residents and our staff, a special call out as well to all of the work campers who offer and share years of experience and talent to help out! Thanks to everything all of you do every day for our community! If we haven’t met you yet, we usually end our night listening to music or coming to the courtyard to say hello, please introduce yourself and share a story about you and your $me here at Towerpoint, listening to the years of history and experiences is one our favorite $mes of the day! We look forward to hearing more stories while enjoying $me together with all of the ac$vi$es and events we have in store for you in March or just as we drive down the street and say hello! Words of Wisdom from the Big Guy March Madness this season will be March Mellow, a little slower pace of course, but it will be just as much fun as we always have in March. We just pulled off an amazing Festival will a little slower pace buy it sure seemed like you all had a great time. When we say good vibes we are meaning things just like the Festival. We sure had a great time serving all of you. By the way, thanks to all for doing a great job following the COVID Protocols at the Festival, we appreciate it so much. Get ready to bring this season home in a great way. Enjoy meals from the Cactus Grill, Heat and Eat or Raves this month. Grab a dinner at the Raves Italian Bistro and enjoy a mellow evening under a beautiful sunset. We are going to continue with the cruise ship feel in the Courtyard with some fun surprises. Hang out in the Courtyard and spend sometime with John and Mary and get to know our new managers, they really are great people. Play some Corn Hole in the Courtyard, or just chill out by the pool. Working on some fun off hours live music to give us some of those good vibes. Planning a great “Let’s Celebrate a Great Season” Party on March 25th with Harry Luge, thinking of doing a Toga Theme that night. We will also be starting to plan for next season so look for the Room Scheduling forms very soon. We are going to be optimistic and plan a full schedule for next season. We are excited to get back to normal. We have a great event in the planning stages for next season, we hope it’s going to blow your mind. Check out the events in the newsletter and watch the blurb for pop up events throughout the month. So here’s to March Mello and Good Vibes! Real Community is a place where people get to know and also be known, serve and be served, love and be loved and celebrate and be celebrated. During the month of February this has never been more real. We have went through, as a community, lots of out of the ordinary stuff, things that would break a lessor community, you folks just hung together and got through it with love and grace. Pretty amazing. This was a dream of mine 20 years ago when Judy and I came here. It is real today. Smile and Wave and get to know someone new every day, it really does make a difference. DJ Hi Everyone, Shawn Harris from Sales coming to you. February was a great month considering everything. Been working hard to get people into the house of their choice. We have some great New Homes just waiting for you to come take a look and make an offer. Great incentives in place. You need to check out E114, it’s a great New home. I am planning on continuing the great pace we had in February, helping people get the house that will suit them for the rest of this season and next. Looking for a custom home we can certainly build one of those. T186 is a new custom home starting this summer and will be ready for the owners by the fall. Whatever suits you desires I think I can work with you and make it happen. Give me a try.
