This invigorating activity will run three days a week. TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND SATURDAYS at 8:30am in the Mini Hall. All classes last 45 minutes. Participants should arrive a few minutes early with a mat or beach towel to set up and get ready to limber up. We do a combination of Pilates, yoga, and other forms of slow stretching movements, first standing and them spending 30 minutes sitting or lying on our sides, backs and fronts. Both regular attendees and drop-in participants report having a good work-out and achieving positive results from this activity. This new activity will take place between 1pm-3pm on Saturdays in the Mini Hall. This is for people who like to sing along, play an instrument, clap out a beat and learn new music skills. Participants can enjoy group music and, if desired, practice to par- ticipate in the established Jam Session which runs once a week in the North Hall. We would like each person to come with a favorite song with enough copies for the group to add their binders. It helps if the best key for each piece is established but we can work to find it. ALL levels of musical ability will be welcomed. 9
