It’s hard to believe that it’s already March! We are committed to continue to provide premier entertainment and quality lifestyle for your enjoyment. Every day is another opportunity to make new friends and enjoy life to the fullest in the Arizona sun. A special thank you to our activities staff for their continued efforts in providing a fun calendar of events for the remainder of the season as well as our appreciation for housekeeping and mainte- nance, for their daily diligence in their assigned duties for a safer environment for all to enjoy. Resort Manager We invite you to attend Tuesday morning coffee and donuts, hosted by the Activity Department for all the latest information happening in the Resort. We ask that you continue to help us by using hand sanitizer located throughout the resort. Also, thank you for wearing a face mask while using the facilities and keeping 6’ social distance. March is spring break time; the kids are coming. Please follow the rules and regulations for the kids’ time at the pool area and keep the sun lotions and oils to a minimum. Amber [email protected] Judi [email protected] PET POLICY REMINDER Please help keep our Resort beautiful by being a responsible pet owner! We are a pet friendly resort so It is vital for the health and safety of our community that everyone follow the Resort Pet Policies. The policies noted below are commonly violated and we’d like to remind you that: * Pets must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6 ft. in length) and be under your immediate control. At no time can they be left alone. * Pets are allowed to be walked on all streets and dog designated areas. Pets are not allowed at Resort Common Areas or behind, through or on someone else’s site. * The responsible person is accountable for cleaning up the pet’s droppings. Droppings must be picked up from sites and pet runs immediately and disposed of properly. Pets are NOT ALLOWED to relieve themselves on other sites or along sidewalks or common areas. * Excessive barking or barking that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of resort guests is not allowed. Quiet time also extends to pets. Note: The BIG RED DUMPSTER IS NOT FOR RESIDENT USE! All bulk items including (but not limited to) furniture, building materials, appliances and toilets must be disposed of off property. Please ensure your contractors know this and help you dispose of your items properly. ALL trash and recycling bin containers are located at the Southeast corner of the Resort. Rules and Regulations state: Trash Collection: Collection days are Monday & Thursday starting at 7:00am (sharp). You must have your trash placed by the street by 6:30am and it must either be bagged and tied or placed in a self-provided garbage can. A trash compactor (is located in the SE corner of the Resort) is provided only if you have excessive trash NOT as a replacement for trash service. All bulk items including but not limited to furniture, appliances, carpet, siding, wood, tires, TV’s, computers etc. must be disposed of off property. Dumping of bulk items is not permitted on Sunflower property. Recycling bins for paper, glass, plastic, Styrofoam etc. are located in the Southeast corner of the Resort along with the trash compactor. Thank you. 18
