A Word from the Managers Hello Towerpoint, We are happy to report that this is our second newsle er and we are loving our new home and posi on, thanks to all of you! Our integra on into the Cal-Am family and Towerpoint team speaks highly of what an amazing team we have! We have a great apprecia on for our FT, PT, seasonal, work camper, and volunteers for their hard work and commitment to helping us make this an excep onal resort for everyone to enjoy! March brought a lot of fun throughout the resort! We had music in the streets for the community par es, a St Patrick Day parade turning us into a leprechaun fairy and Lochness monster (that may have resembled a dinosaur) driving the streets to share the decked out rides for Saint Patrick’s Day, culmina ng in our evening celebra on that included a lot of dancing! The track was booming with the RC races, we had con nued nightly fun in the courtyard with our super star Grill Team, along with many other fun mes throughout the Resort this month! We’ve enjoyed ge3ng our feet on the ground and hearing more great stories about all of your experiences and the friendships made here. There’s a true community and connec on at Towerpoint that helps people choose and enjoy staying at our resort and we cannot be more thankful to all of you for this! We’ve had an interes ng (thanks COVID), but great season! Together and only together it’s been possible to adhere to state and company policy on masks and social distancing to help us ensure we kept our ac vi es and events going. This helped us keep our residents as safe and healthy as possible and we really appreciate your support! We con nue to think about all of our residents that were unable to come this season and we look forward to a full and fun season for 2021-2022! We wish you and your families con nued good health in the days ahead. We welcome April as a month of new beginnings, whether it’s AZ bringing on the warmth or the thought of flowers blooming and the birds migra ng, the newness of spring is in the air! New beginnings are in order for so many of you while you return home or move on to your next adventure with stories to share of another great season experienced at Towerpoint! We’ve provided a checklist to help as you depart your RV site or bu on up your home for the season, please let us know if you have any ques ons or how we can help. We hope that you take advantage of our fall special and book for an early return or share this great opportunity with others. Please con nue to check out and share our web site for the beau ful homes available for sale, we love to see our community grow! You can count on us to be very busy in between seasons focusing on all areas of our resort ensuring the five-star quality that you deserve. Hard work will be mo vated by the smiles we know it will bring to you when you return, helping con nue the love you have in your heart for Towerpoint! If this newsle er finds you depar ng, we wish you safe travels, good health, and we cannot wait for you to return! With Love, Mary and John Divine Resort Managers 3
Words of Wisdom from the Big Guy April 2021, WOW, has this been a crazy last twelve months. Ups and downs and all around it seems we have been. Of course with a community like ours we just rolled with it and made it happen. I do have to say it was a year of memories, and really if I have to say, great memories. Halloween party, Street Party Extravaganza, St. Patrick's blow out, the Super Bowl Party, New Years Eve and Day Parties and so many more. Those things only happen in great communities. Where people really can work through anything. I am so proud of this community’s heart and commitment to trying to be safe and have fun. Overall I think we did a great job. Even the weather tried so many times to get in the way, but we just rolled with it. Thanks every one for the spirit in which you did it. Of course it’s not really over yet. April always is one the best months here in Arizona. We will continue with Carousing in the Courtyards and the Cactus Grill until April 9th. Movies on Sunday and Monday nights and even a few Drive-Ins. Drive Thru lunches and treats during April. A chance to go visit Arizona during some of the best weather of the year. If you are staying with us, please enjoy all that this great state has to offer. Don’t miss out making even more memories. Trust me it is worth it. We are starting to plan for next season, at this time we are proceeding as if everything will return to pre- March 13th, 2020 during this next season. We are going to spend the summer getting things ready and planned for a comeback season that will be amazing. We have some great ideas brewing and it will be exciting if we can get half of the ideas pulled off. I will be on the search for some new coordinators this summer, if you would be interested please let me know and we can chat. This is just to replace some of the coordinators that unfortunately have had to say goodbye to Towerpoint. As I close this letter, I personally want to thank all of you for your tenacity and stick-to-itiveness this season. For the most part cooperating with the new protocols, wearing your masks when you were supposed to and bearing with the limitations but still having a great time. It’s been great to see all the smiles in your eyes, and the warmth and understanding for all of us as we tried to navigate this past year. Judy and I have enjoyed serving all of you folks that were here at Towerpoint this season and all who have kept up with Towerpoint thru the Blurb. You are all amazing and as for those of you that are heading back to your summer homes, we wish you the best and safe travels. For all of us staying we are hoping for a wonderful summer, some nice hot Arizona weather and plenty of time to sit back and relax and enjoy life. Enjoy April in Arizona DJ Hi Everyone, It certainly has been a crazy season here at Towerpoint Resort. Considering everything it has been a great year in the sales office. We have sold homes, new, used and brokered homes. Exciting to see even during a pandemic that we have people that want to buy and become a part of the Towerpoint Community. We have some great new homes built and ready to move in, we can build a Custom Home for you, we have some very nice used homes in inventory as well as a nice inventory of brokered homes. I am here all summer if you are interested in purchasing a home, give me a call and let’s see if I can make your dream come true. Have a great summer everyone and as always I am here to serve you. Call me at 480-924-0433 anytime. Shawn 4
