There From the Sales Office were many changes and challenges this year. Together we made it! 2020 ushered Here is wishing you love, health and in the beginning of our new ballroom. With events and parties in there! This year that, we welcome Nelson Alvarado to those of us who remain here all summer the Val Vista Sales office. He is new to experienced the hottest summer on rec- us but not to Cal-Am. Nelson has been ord for Arizona. Along with the heat and with Cal-Am for over 8 years. He is a quarantine it will be a year to remember. We miss some of our seasoned salesperson and is someone friends and neighbors who did not get to Mesa this year. We you can trust to guide you and your friends smoothly look forward to seeing them and the celebration of their return through the sales process. Myself and Paula are also here will be so special. to help with any of your sales needs. We thank all of you Arizona has the sunshine and Val Vista has the fun. Courtyard for allowing us to be part of the Val Vista Family and look entertainment, activities and amenities will continue following forward to the year ahead! health and safety protocols. University #____ Mesa, AZ 85205 Val Vista Village NEW RV RESERVATION POLICY All stays, other than annual, will be on a first come, first serve basis with returning guests of two months or longer getting first priority (2 months or longer must fall under peak season-Jan., Feb., Mar.) RETURNING GUESTS OF TWO MONTHS OR LONGER (during peak season-Jan., Feb., Mar.) MUST MAKE THEIR RESERVATION ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 15TH TO EXERCISE THE FIRST PRIORITY RIGHT. A $250.00 deposit is required to reserve the site. On FEBRUARY 16, if you have not made your reservation, your site will be open for others to reserve. As stated in the guidelines, we can not guarantee a specific site. We do, however try our best to accommodate requests for specific sites. Annual resort home placements trump RV reservations.
