1 TQF 5 Course Report This document is a report by each instructor of a given course and is submitted at the end of each semester. The report presents an overall outcome of the course in the light of its scope, lesson plans and objectives stated in the course specifications. In case of any significant deviation from the plan, the report shall also recommend how the course should be improved when next offered.
