1 TQF 5 Course Report This document is a report by each instructor of a given course and is submitted at the end of each semester. The report presents an overall outcome of the course in the light of its scope, lesson plans and objectives stated in the course specifications. In case of any significant deviation from the plan, the report shall also recommend how the course should be improved when next offered. This report also presents the number of students enrolled in and completing each section; the student’s final grades; course management problems; concerns over facility availability; analysis of students’, program chairperson’s and/or external appraiser’s evaluation; and opinions of graduate’s employers. Course improvement plans and recommendations for the program chairperson are also included. 9 5. Lecturer’s Suggestion 1. Paper piece to point is one of the alternatives for example, whether or not students choose an oral test or paper piece to point depending on their individual needs. Students would like to do a paper piece to point instead of doing an oral test because they face difficulties. So next semester, there must be more explanation for selecting activities and the process. It perhaps collects the information by the students for track selection depending on their individual needs at the beginning of semester. 2.
