The Office of Student Affairs and Student Services will schedule asigning of clearance for each section. Class Presidents / VPs/ Reps areadvised to observe their section’s schedule.2. Class Pres/VPs/Reps are the ones authorized to transact theirsections’ clearances with OSASS. To facilitate signing of all clearances,individual clearance transactions (e.g., those who were not able tocomply with the schedule) shall be scheduled at a later date.3. Individual clearance applications must be submitted with an accomplished checklist of requirements signed by the Class Pres/ VPs/Reps. The checklist of requirements may be secured from OSASS.9. Submit the clearance forms for signing inside a long brown envelope with the sections indicated on top. The names of those who submitted the clearance forms must be written in alphabetical order and placed inside the envelope.
