THRA Education Campaign

Step One: Develop engagement plan • Brainstorm and select plausible ideas • Research non-profit development, operations, and marketing to understand context, parameters, and successful strategies • Strategize methods of engaging stakeholders in the facilitation of THR education • Consult pertinent professionals for viability and comprehension

Step Two: Committee feedback on engagement plan • Utilize committee members’ experience in THR advocacy and familiarity with the vaping community/history – Feedback on feasibility and comprehensiveness – Identify strengths – Identify possible obstacles and challenges – Brainstorm solutions – Revise plan

Step Three: Stakeholder engagement sessions Selected stakeholders Vapers • Share full plan for feedback • Facilitate vaper to identify strengths, participation in creative weaknesses, gaps and development with online solutions challenges and contests • Recruit board members and • Utilize social media for volunteers feedback with various ideas • Call outs for volunteers to fill gaps in skills needed for plan implementation

Step Four (a): Stakeholder engagement feedback analysis • Committee reviews feedback to identify obstacles, gaps and strengths and revise plan: – Solutions for obstacles – Solutions for gaps – Emphasize strengths • Collaborate with recruits • Identify MOB and volunteers’ areas of responsibility, deadlines, and meeting schedule

Step Four (b): Mission/ Vision development • Review mission/vision statement for compatibility with education plan • Revise either plan or statement(s) to ensure congruency

Step 5: Advocacy materials development • To reflect THRA Education Campaign and mission/vision statements – Design education literature – Design advocacy packages – Design empowerment courses – Design promotional materials

Step 6(a): Advocacy material marketing plan • To reflect THRA Education Campaign and mission/vision statements – Design methods of distributing resources – Design engagement paths – Set goals – Establish implementation steps • Obtain funding for initial step

Step 6(b): Website development • Reformat website to be engaging, concise, and easy to navigate • Link to, or develop THR education mediums • Update BOD and mission statement • Organize document links • Updates of contests, engagement, reaching goals, and campaign progression • Store for THRA products and resources

Step Seven: Advocacy resources launch • Proceed with plan • Evaluate progress • Revise plan to reach goals • Implement sequential steps • Ongoing evaluation and revision
