Dry Ingredients 1 Tablespoons mixed spice 1/2 cup chopped cherries 1 cup chopped pecan nuts COOKING TIME: 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons bicarb Bake on 180⁰C, un l golden brown. pinch of salt 1 Tablespoons mixed spice Add 1 and 2, mix well, and put into greased baking pan, bake on 180, un l golden brown. BREAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS: HOW TO MAKE IT? 1 ½ cups water In a li le bowl mix ¼ cup lukewarm water 2 Tablespoons sugar Add the sugar and yeast and leave for 10 minutes 2 tsp salt un l frothy. 3 Tablespoons oil 4 cups flour (can use 2 cups white In a large bowl add flour, salt, oil, once the yeast mixture and 2 cups brown) is ready. MILK TART RECIPE INGREDIENTS: HOW TO MAKE IT? CRUMABLE TOFU INGREDIENTS: HOW TO MAKE IT? 1 block firm organic tofu Cube the tofu to the smallest size possible. VEGGI PANCAKES INGREDIENTS: HOW TO MAKE IT? One small cabbage Peel and wash carrots. Trim and wash baby marrow One medium carrot Wash Cabbage. CHRISTMAS FRUIT SQUARES INGREDIENTS: HOW TO MAKE IT? 2 x pkts Tennis biscuits ( don't crush all ) Lay Tennis biscuits on bo om of rectangular dish. 2 cups of fruit cake mix MELT Margarine, and Sugar s r un l boiling. 1 cup Sugar Add fruit mix and s r well. 250grm Margarine Add beaten Eggs and s r well. 2 beaten Eggs 1 box chopped Cherries CRUSH the remaining biscuits not too fine / hand crush 1 pkts sprinkle nuts and add to hit mixture Add the Cherries and the nuts. Remember NOT to crush all the biscuits. Spoon over layer of biscuits and allow to set in the fridge.
