EXIBITION PRESENTATION

Vadim Sazonov and Mikhail Pletnev has met during their study in I.E.Repin Saint-Petersburg State Academic Insti- tute of Fine Arts, Sculpture and Archi- tecture and studied there for six years. The name of the young sculptor Vadim Sazonov has already been widelyknown both in Russia and abroad. He has earned recognition for his originalmonumental compositions and unique small form sculptures, created on the basisof synthesis of classical heritage and modern artistic techniques.One of the B. Sazonov’s brightest monumental works is the sculpture groupnamed \"Two Sisters\", set up in Sestroretsk in 2013. The main idea of thismonument is a profound rethinking of etymology of the name of the city andwashing it river called “Sister”. Today, this monument is tacitly recognized as asymbol of the city. Mikhail Pletnev became an architect with strong desire to embody himself asan artist. He built private villa`s all around the world and created the uniquedesign to every building with his delicate approach. Since 2011 he worked withVadim Sazonov on several exibitions in Russia and participated there as anartist. Besides their work on public projects, the artists want to make their con-tribution to contemporary art. They both inspired with the beauty of woman`sbody and you can feel the passion in their latest works.
