SUSTAINABLE THINKING TRUST IN GREEN SUSTAINABILITY Everything starts from nothing, and we have always believed that where there is a will, there is a way! In the same way, we are thinking about the future challenge our planet faces since new generations are becoming more of a part of the Agros Management Group. We know the importance of thinking of business in a sustainable way which favors social and environmental responsibility. We have taken the first steps towards a sustainable future and have implemented our slogan, «Sustainable Thinking.» This slogan is just the start of the process in our global organization to engage employees, clients and all around us to become greener and more socially responsible. Actually, internally in our management group, we call it «Agros Group Green Mission,» and is a vital part of our long-term synergy strategy. The planet is our home, and we all need to protect its natural resources. As a global player, it›s our responsibility in Agros Group to act and not only talk. Sustainability is often broken into three core concepts or «pillars»: economic, environmental, and social. For us, in Agros Group, it is something we are always thinking about. Thinking Green will be a very important part of all our planning, strategies and investments.
SUSTAINABLE THINKING GREEN INVESTMENT STRATEGY We are in process of making a Green Investment strategy to support business practices that have a favorable impact on the natural environment. The projects must be with socially responsible investing (SRI) or environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. Our green investments focus will be on companies or projects committed to the conservation of natural resources, pollution reduction, or other environmentally conscious business practices. PROTECT THE PLANET We will strive to reduce or eliminate adverse impacts that may be associated with our manufacturing, distribution, logistics, products and services; and we will collaborate with our supply chain partners and customers to do the same. We will advance key global frameworks as we do our part to combat global climate change, aligning our efforts with a science-based target, and we will support communities with projects that uphold the human right to water and sanitation.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY Ecological integrity is maintained, and all of earth›s environmental systems are kept in balance while humans consume natural resources within them at a rate where they can replenish themselves. ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY Human communities across the globe can maintain their independence and have access to the resources they require, financial and other, to meet their needs. Economic systems are intact, and activities are available to everyone, such as secure sources of livelihood. SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY Universal human rights and necessities are attainable by all people with access to enough resources to keep their families and communities healthy and secure. Healthy communities with just leaders ensure personal, labour and cultural rights are respected, and all people are protected from discrimination. In addition to natural resources, we also need social and economic resources. SUSTAINABILITY IS NOT JUST ENVIRONMENTALISM Embedded in most definitions of sustainability, we also find social equity and economic development concerns. Sustainability is the process of living within the limits of available physical, natural and social resources in a way that allows the living systems in which humans are embedded to thrive in perpetuity. Adopting sustainable practices, whether large or small, can have significant impacts in the long run. Our Thinking Green strategy director is Mr. Lang from Denmark. Growing up in a small country (5.5 million people) at the forefront of environment-friendly solutions and business has influenced his compassion to change the world for the better. We need to accept his experience and out-of-the-box thinking. With that, we are proud to put Mr. Lang from Denmark in command of Agros Group›s mission to integrate and implement Green-Synergy, since he has a complete understanding and knowledge of how things can be. Agros Group is a significant part of my life, and being a part of this global team has tremendously influenced my life. As a pioneering businesswoman and mother, I have taken all the challenges with a positive and strong mindset since it first started as a small family business over 30 years ago, and why Agros Group is a part of my DNA today. I have always believed that together we can make the impossible possible, and that is one of the key things I have spread throughout the company. We wouldn›t have gone from a local producer of tropical fruits to a worldwide export company without the hard work of the loyal people and partners around us.
