Cannabis sativa is an herbaceous plant with stems up to 1-2 m high, alternate leaves, glandular inflorescences: the male much branched, the female racemose (Casiraghi, et al., 2018; Akeroyd et al, 1992), belonging to the Cannabaceae family. The information of medical and psychoactive properties of cannabis predates to 4000 B.C. All of the diverse species of cannabis, including the one familiar as Cannabis indica, belong to this species. All C. sativa plants produce many secondary metabolite compounds, but the active compounds are produced in different concentrations and proportions by each species, that depend on chemical varieties or chemotype, and also on the climate and cultivation of conditions, implication that may be indicated to as, more than strains (Lewis et al, 2018). Each chemotype consists of differing amount of cannabinoids. C. sativa can produce more than 100 different cannabinoids, Δ9- tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the essential psychoactive compound, which was founded in pure compound form by Gaoni and Mechoulam in 1964. Cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol, cannabinoid acids, cannabigerol, and cannabivarins are the important analogues that have pharmacologically effect. As well as cannabinoids, terpene and terpenoid components, such as the sesquiterpenoid β-caryophyllene and the monoterpenoids myrcene, limonene, and pinene, can enhance the pharmacological effects on cannabinoid activity, which can affect psychiatric symptoms (ElSohly and Gloer, 2005). The acidic cann, and cannabidivarin have pharmacological activity, that have been isolated from Cannabis (Devinsky et al, 2014).
