An Elegant Refurbishment Following extensive renovation, which took place during 2015, the beautiful Edwardian Manor house at Catthorpe re-opened on the 8th February 2016 as a bijou country house hotel along with The Linden Tree Restaurant and Bar. The interior of the hotel was sympathetically designed to retain the building’s Edwardian elegance and period detail, whilst taking advan- tage of the abundant natural light, which streams though the sash windows. Soft heritage colours, linen and damask fabrics and fine hand-crafted oak and walnut furnishings complete the look and the result is light, bright, beautiful rooms, which are simply stunning by daylight, with a welcoming and warming glow in the evenings. Set in 26 acres of grounds the hotel is the focal point of this grand estate, which includes a li- censed woodland civil ceremony space, formal gardens, lawns, fishing lake and The Banquet- ing Suite - a separate and spacious building with a large private bar, where larger events, wedding receptions and special occasions can be held. This venue now offers: · 20 beautiful bedrooms, most featuring outstanding countryside and garden views. · Elegant new restaurant, open to residents and non-residents, serving excellent food, sourced from the local area. · Refurbished reception rooms, available for private dining and special occasions. · Meetings & conference facilities. · À la carte dining, Sunday lunch, light bites & afternoon tea. · A fantastic line-up of events. · Wedding receptions and civil ceremony rooms. With beautiful bedrooms, fantastic food, glorious grounds, Catthorpe Manor Estate has it all!2 Book online at www.catthorpeManor.co.uk
