1. Festivals of lights: DIWALI (24 October 2022) Diwali signifies abundance, prosperity, good fortune, success in finances and in knowledge. It is indisputably the most important and the most widely celebrated festival for all Indians spread across the country and the far way lands. While it is linked to the victory of good over evil and the return of Lord Ram to his kingdom after an arduous 14 years of exile, it is significant of our everyday victories in life and worship of knowledge, wealth and intelligence to overcome the odds that we may face in future. 2 Ireo Diwali Mela At Ireo we celebrated the popular ‘Festival of Lights’ by organizing the Diwali mela which included cultural programs, sweets & snacks, games, some fun–filled activities, stalls of Indian handicrafts and trinkets set up to let people go on a little shopping spree. All Ireoites celebrated the joyous festival of Diwali with great enthusiasm. Christmas - 23 December 2022 Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way! Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh……………. The melody of carols starts to fill up the air whenever Christmas approaches. As the winter sets in and the days become short, the festivities of Christmas start to brighten up the malls, stalls, shops, offices and homes. Suddenly the spirit of Nativity is everywhere and we see images of Santa, X mass tree & Christmas gifts and shops draped in the Red, Green and White everywhere. While Christmas is worldwide celebrated by millions of Christians as the birth of Christ the Messiah, at Ireo too the spirit of Christmas was palpable and filled up the office with the employees celebrating the spirit it with fun and joy!









New Year 2023 The New Year 2023 started on a very high note at Ireo. Tides of celebrations welcomed the new beginnings with lots of enthusiasm, joy, and, excitement! The New Year marked the end of some, and the beginning of many new aspirations and dreams. Well, this year we at Ireo, celebrated our new year, with a gala lunch hosted for Team Ireo at the our newly launched GRAND HYATT. With beautiful aromas, good food and good vibes around, everyone enjoyed the new year lunch party at The Grand Hyatt. The Italian Cuisine, sumptuous deserts, Indian chaats, and a super ambience, all added to create for a great get-together party.









Republic Day 2023 While India gained freedom from British rule on August 15, 1947, this freedom did not come along with the democratic right to choose an elected government of people’s choice. We had to wait till January 26, 1950, when the Indian Constitution came into effect making India one of the biggest democracies in the world. It was on this day when India was declared a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic. And to honor this day, the Indian Republic Day is celebrated each year on January 26 with great fervor throughout the country. This is a tribute to our freedom fighters and our brave armed forces that man our borders in all weather and at all times to keep our freedom alive! Ireo celebrated the Republic day on Wednesday 25th January 2023, by hosting the flag in Ireo’s Lawn area with all employees wearing National Dresses in national colors of Orange, White, Green, or a little of Blue.





Live Well: Health Camp Derma Camp It is often said, “A healthy outside starts from healthy inside”. And that is “Invest in your hair; it is the what we firmly believe in. Ireo has always kept the wellness of its employees crown you never take off” on top priority. And through our LiveWell programme, we ensure that all employees have access to good healthcare at their workplace. Our skin is a reflection of our body’s health. The Derma care health camp focused on the health and wellbeing of our skin and our hair. The hair on our head isn’t just for its looks, and the fine Live Well – Ireo’s wellness program regularly organizes health camps for hair on our body also has many important functions to play in addition to providing warmth employees by collaborating with the best wellness partners. and protection to the skin from the changing weather. To have good hair we need a healthy scalp too. To know about the maintenance and upkeep of our skin and hair, we organized a Dental Camp hair and scalp camp on 16th December 2022 in association with Max Hospital Gurgaon. “Because everyone deserves a Happy General Health Checkup and Healthy smile” “Precaution is better than Cure.” On 25th November 2022, Ireo organized a Dental Camp in association with Clove Dental Care. The objective of the camp was to impart education Maintaining a healthy body in today’s environment is a tough task. With regular changes about oral hygiene, dental issue, and their treatment and to encourage occurring in the environment causing disruptions in our lifestyle, we often overlook our body healthy eating and drinking habits. The camp showcased the good dental signals which indicate the problems our body may be going through. Issues like metabolic health practices and how it is important to maintain a healthy mouth and to diseases, joint and skeletal problems, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, overweight, maintain our overall health. diabetes and many more, can be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. The relationship between lifestyle and health is highly interlinked. Living a healthy lifestyle can help in preventing all chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good about ourself and taking care of our health is important for our self-esteem and self-image. To resolve all our health-related issues, we organized LiveWell General Health Check-up in association with C K Birla Hospital. The camp offered our employees free consultations from the Physician about detection and identifying the risk factors and illnesses before they start to cause problems.













Insta Award - 30 December 2022 Catch people doing things right! That has always been the mantra for employee rewards at Ireo. Good work always needs to be recognized. At Ireo, rewards play an important role in the organization’s culture of recognizing performers regularly and in keeping the employees motivated.
