Kare şeklindeki milföy hamurunun üzerine başka bir milföyden çerçeve kesip üstüne konur. Kenarları çatalla bastırılır, ortasına çatalla delikler açılır ve üstüne 1 yumurta sarısı sürülür. 180° C fırında üstü kızarıncaya kadar pişirilir. 2. Dolgu kreması için; 1/2 sütü oıcakta ısıtılır. Süt ısınırken ayrı bir kapta 125 gr şeker, 50 gr mısır nişastası, 5 yumurta sarısı ve 1 paket vanilya karıştırılır. Süt ısınınca karışımın üstüne az miktarda süt konulur ve tekrar karıştırılır. Karışım ısıtılmış ocaktaki sütün üstüne dökülür ve puding kıvamına gelene kadar karıştırılır. Puding kıvamına gelince ocaktan alınır, soğuyana kadar karıştırılmaya devam edilir. Çilekler doğranır oreo küçük parçalar haline getirilir. Pişen ve soğuyan milföyler üstüne, soğumuş dolgu kre- ması konulur. Üstüne çilekler yerleştirilir. Finally after getting stiff, mixuntil the filling cools down.Cut the strawberries into small pieces and then crumble the oreos into small pieces. After themille - feuille has been cooked and cooled along with the cream filling, take thefilling and spread it onto the mille - feuille.
