GalacticThis concept represents our Desigualidentity, but at the same time it’s reallynovel. There’s a whole new take on ouremblematic mandalas and rosettes: tropical,floral, Aztec...There’s one that’s so fresh andsummery that it stands out above all the rest,shouting beach and chill out with lots of fruitsand mint leaves, palm trees and butterfliesin bright, acid tones. We’ve also improvedsome of the brand’s classic features andcuts, and added many new ones.

DesigualThe brand’s major icons are broughttogether here, like our hearts, lips, daisies,lettering and hand-painted brush strokes.It’s part of a more graphic collection whichhas a strong visual impact and is basedaround 3 main colours: red, black and white.You’ll see new designs like nylon jackets,oversize garments and a sequinned dresswith an all-over print. We’ve brought back atechnique from our past that involves dyingitems after they’ve been manufactured; thedoll and cut lemon designs (now combinedwith black and white flowers which is veryretro 60s). Finally there’s a very minimalistrange with black and white doodle borders.

Happy TourThis is the most romantic range with anomadic, bohemian feel to it that is reflectedin the floral, tiling-effect print. Summerfestival style is full of ethnic prints, tie-dye,mandalas, feathers, embroidery, beads...You can also find giant colour contrastingflowers or a more sophisticated versionin black and white. Our nautical rangeis inspired by the Mediterranean with itsintense whites and blues, and ethnic-style stripes and edging. Hand-craftedAfrican tribal influence is also present in thecollection with bead and embroidery detail.And finally, we want to highlight our seriesof items made with fragments of scarves.

Desigual byM. LacroixGraphic inspiration comes from geometry,children’s drawings, calligraphy inks, ethnicflowers and the coast in Desigual’s chicestrange. You can find concepts like Black &White that include plain white items (in amixture of fabrics) or combinations of bothcolours. We’ve also focused on acid andfluorescent tones that add something newto our colour palette. Other trends includeSeaside, a French-inspired look in red, whiteand blue; the countryside look with subtletones of the same colour and rustic-styleembroidery and appliqués. We also wantto highlight our shapeless coats, pleatedgarments and knits with mixed stitchworkin the same shade.

NightWe are introducing a range this seasonwhich has been designed especially forthe evening, so that you can dress up togo out and enjoy yourself. These are moresophisticated garments with a black baseand fluorescent details. The spirit of Desigualis evident in these spherical prints, as wellas in the hand-sewn beading, sequins andappliqués on collars, bust, sleeves andhems.

DenimThe denim range is back with a bang thisseason, with a different take on what’salready on the market. There’s attention todetail, hand-crafted elements (especially thecut away lace trim) and with a strong link tothe rest of the collection. We’ve found theperfect balance between luxury and urbanstyle for both day and night in our jeans,jackets, skirts, bermudas, shorts, shirts andin our new mono short jumpsuits. Jeans canbe found in all kinds of fits: boyfriend, skinnyand the new boot cut. The range is inspiredby different trends: African ethnic (jewel);Hindu (brocade, mirrors...); and Hawaiian.

BeachwearBikinis, swimsuits, kaftans, jumpsuits andbeach dresses in the punchiest prints fromthe Women’s collection: Galactic, ethnic,navy, brush strokes...The different swimwearpatterns are designed to flatter all kinds offigures, with details like drawstring bottomsfor a perfect fit. Not forgetting appliqués andother decorative elements that make eachpiece stand out.
