Temple of Light Updates May 29, 2019, Posted by Panduranga Finishes are now being applied in many places as we approach 4 weeks to go! The beautiful Seva Week brought the landscaping up to a new level, with beds planted at the entry and along the driveway. Now it’s time for the building to follow suite. With the perfect weather now blessing us, the stucco crew is back in action and applying the final color coat. They will be completed by end of next week, June 7th. News for the 50th Anniversary Week We hope you will join us for morning and evening sadhanas during the 50th. Morning: 6:30–8:15 am - Chanting and meditation in Temple of Light (no Hansa meditations during the week.) Saturday morning sadhana will include a blessing for the murtis. Afternoon: 4:40–5:00 pm - Guided Energization Exercises outside Temple of Light 5:00–6:15 pm - Kriyaban Meditations in Temple of Light Please do not attend the sadhanas with yoga postures inside the Expanding Light Temple. They will be quite crowded. Kneeling benches, pillows, and blankets will be in short supply due to the large numbers, so please bring your own. Great news for all those who take seclusion at the Meditation Retreat! We have just remodeled what has been called Patience Cabin down in Lahiri Meadow, the campground area. And because it has been transformed into this beautiful space, we’d like to go back to its original name, Lahiri Cabin. Old-timers will remember it as such and we think it will be easy to remember for new members.
