EDITnoOteR'S ? My name is Yza Bancoro and this is my journal on my journey with The Johari Window. Personal it is, but an amazing journey I'd like to share. A piece of navigating my perplexing world. Now, be decided. I am hoping that your heart is prepared for the oozing experience as you turn to the next page. Beware of peculiar endings.

An Introduction If I could convey an incredible narrative to a young child who is eager to succeed in life. I would have to narrate my learning from the book I read, The How by Yrsa Daley-Ward. I remembered these lovely lines that I'll never forget: We need to grow ourselves. Meaning we will change along the way. To do so, we must first leave some things at the gate. Perhaps we have to start remembering the thing that is human nature to forget. Thus, this is what I am trying to imply to that young girl that she should know herself better and be ready for the change in her process of growth. Book: The How

continuation And I'd want to emphasize that this starts the moment we begin to identify our characteristics so that we can appreciate how unique we are and how we may relate to others. This is why it's critical to mention that this is where Johari's Window will add to the incredibleness of my story. As I studied Personal Development, I had the opportunity to learn more about it. It has the potential to broaden my knowledge and help me develop as a person. figure:

perceiving As I had sufficient time to collaborate with my group to execute our PT1 well, I realized so many things about myself and my classmates. This activity has also given me insight into how others see me. It allowed me to gain a better understanding of myself. It managed to provide all of the answers I was looking for when I was wondering about how others know me. Furthermore, when I ingest these things, I am certain that I will agree with how others view me.

whyaisgriteesoambelet?hing I knew I wasn't a woman of secrecy, and that others could see who I am as a person, but not completely openly. Some descriptors startled me a little, but I still agreed with them because of how I know myself better during the pandemic. Personal perception has concentrated on the social and cognitive biases that influence our understanding of others, particularly of those we don't know, as Sheila Cunningham stated (rather than intimate others). based from statistics some people: how can we do to avoid this? perceive others meticulously& sincerely

exploring myself There are many facets of my life that I am certain will be revealed. These are the things I'm most enthusiastic to know about. As a result, the unknown part of myself is something I need to discover more about. I'm aware that there is still something I don't understand about myself, and that others are unaware of it as well. Finding the time and tenacity to discover these yet-to-be- discovered attributes may not be as simple as it appears, but I am motivated enough to learn these things about myself.

continuation This is because I've begun to love the things that I am and the things I still do not. As what Johari’s Window tells us about the unknown area in communication theory, this may include information, feelings, capabilities, talents, and a lot more. Open communication is another efficient approach to limit the unknown area and thus successfully communicate. As a result, I'll gladly continue to have open discussions and conversations to better explore a part of myself that is currently locked up.

discovering how others even more perceieve of me As I joined the group in discussing and scrutinizing how we should depict each Johari's Window, I was struck by how many ideas and feedbacks everyone had. I was astonished when I saw how people see me because even the most insignificant person you wouldn't think to know you do. As a result, when I read the book \"secrecy has its limitations,\" I realized that sometimes we aren't entirely conscious that the things we desire to be kept hidden are slowly seeping out into the world.

discovering how others the continuation perceieve of me This isn't a bad thing, but it's fascinating to see how others see me as someone I've always wanted to be but didn't realize I already was. All I had to do was open my eyes to the things in my view that were hazy. After learning how others viewed me, I realized how valuable I am and how important self-growth is.

Because of the realizations I had along the process, this exercise has been extremely beneficial to my personal growth. When it comes to personal development, five facts have become prominent. To begin with, it takes time, and we will all make mistakes until we are unable to overcome self-doubt and other unpleasant thoughts. Also, one must mentally dwell on the fact that there is no finish line and no \"one size fits all\" strategy. conclude

These are facts that have not only been published on the internet but have also motivated me to continue growing as a person. I've also observed these statements with this activity, particularly when I needed to inform you about the attributes I possess. They were extremely broad while also being incredible. Furthermore, I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in this activity, which has undoubtedly shaped me into the growthperson I am today. more knowledgeable of myself, of others, and how the world offers us more that we still don't know about

as I grow,
