Confidential SEARCHING FOR JOBS BY LOCATION AND SPECIALTY This section provides a quick reference for creating job searches by location, bill rate, and specialty. This procedure is to be used by Recruiters, Employee Support Specialists, Recruiting Managers, Account Managers, and Account Associates. Because most jobs are scrapped into CRM from partnering vendor sites, information might not always be up-to-date or accurate. Before you submit a candidate to a specific opening, please reach out to the appropriate Account Associate to confirm the information is accurate and the job is still accepting submissions. SEARCHING FOR JOBS BY LOCATION SEARCHING FOR JOBS BY CITY 1 2 1. From your dashboard on the CRM Homepage, select Recruiters, then select Job Orders. All active jobs will populate on the screen. 2. Confidential SEARCHING FOR JOBS BY STATE 1 1. To search for job openings in a specific state, sort the job orders by state, alphabetically from A-Z.  Click within the state column. Confidential USING ADVANCED FIND IN YOUR SEARCHES This section provides information on how to use the Advance Find feature to search for information in a more detailed way than using filters, and save and name these searches as Views to use again. Confidential 3 TIP: You may choose to use a saved View to build upon (for example, Active Candidates). To select a saved View, click the Use Saved View drop-down and select the desired View. The Advanced Find pop-up window displays. Note that the Use Saved View field is prefilled to Active Contacts. You may choose to build upon this View (see the Tip); however, for this example, we will create a new View. 3. Click New. 4 The Use Saved View field now displays [new]. 4.
