Robot operator level 1 Standard robot : เขา้ ใจหนา้ ทกี่ ารทางานของโรบอทในงานและการเรยี ก แกนตา่ งๆ ได ้ เชน่ โรบอทเชอื่ ม, โรบอทหยบิ จับชน้ิ งาน • Bending robot , Stamping robot , โรบอทตรวจสอบชน้ิ งาน ฯลฯ • Welding robot , Inspection robot Understand the feature and operation of standard • Tapping robot…… built Robot, • Robot that develop by supplier and ready to use. Such as pick/Place/move robot . Welding robot… สามารถบงั คบั โรบอทเคลอื่ นทไี่ ปตาแหน่งตา่ งๆได ้แกไ้ ข หรอื ปรบั ตงั้ คา่ พารามเิ ตอรต์ า่ งๆของโปรแรมแลว้ บนั ทกึ ใชง้ าน Can control moving of robot, change / adjust parameter of program & save. สามารถโหลดโปรแกรมของชนิ้ งานใหมใ่ ด ้ดว้ ยตนเอง และสามารถควบคมุ โรบอทใหพ้ รอ้ มเรม่ิ ตน้ การทางาน อตั โนมตั ไิ ด ้ Can be create program for new part & control robot to run automatic. ดแู ลรกั ษาเครอ่ื งจักรดว้ ยตนเอง (AM) *Autonomous Maintenance คอื การดแู ลรกั ษาและรกั ษาเครอื่ งจกั รกอ่ นการผลติ ของตวั เอง

Robot technical level 2 (T1) สามารถ Configure / Install Tool ของหนุ่ ยนตเ์ พอื่ ตดิ ตอ่ กบั อปุ กรณ์ภายนอกได ้ เชน่ ปืนเชอื่ ม, gripper, sensor, กลอ้ ง เป็ นตน้ ทไ่ี มไ่ ด ้ ตดิ ตัง้ มาจากหนุ่ ยนตม์ าตรฐานทซ่ี อื้ มา เพม่ิ ความสามารถการทางานตามความตอ้ งการ ท่ี นอกเหนอื จากผผู ้ ลติ ทามาให ้ Can Configure /install Tool of the robot to communicate with external devices such as welding gun, gripper, sensor, camera, etc. that standard robot not come with. Increase the feature of Robots then manufacturer provide. สามารถแกไ้ ขปัญหา (Alarm) เบอ้ื งตน้ ท่ี เกดิ ขนึ้ เพอ่ื ใหโ้ รบอทสามารถทางานไดต้ ามปกติ Can fix basic (Alarm) problems that occur so that the robot can work normally.
