GANESH RAJASEKARAN Global Practice Director - Oracle Practice HCL Technologies Ganesh Rajasekaran has over 20+ years of hands-on and leadership experience spanning across Oracle ERP, enterprise IT automation and manufacturing. He had stints at HP, Satyam and ITC Ltd and was responsible for building Oracle ERP/ PeopleSoft CoE and automation practices from the ideation stage to execution at his earlier organizations. He led the pre-sales team for Oracle EBS, Siebel & PeopleSoft at HP. His domain experience in the Shopfloor (ITC Ltd) and in Oracle ERP & enterprise IT automation gives an advantage in understanding and addressing the customer pain points. He has program managed numerous greenfield, full lifecycle end-to-end Oracle ERP / CRM implementations across the US, APAC and EMEA for Hi-Tech and Telecom customers. At HCL, he leads the Oracle practice & pre-sales and is responsible for the strategic and operational responsibilities of Oracle practice in India. Ganesh also leads the Oracle delivery for the rest of the world region. He holds a B. Tech from NIT Jalandhar and an MBA from the School of Management, Pondicherry University. He was nominated for the Executive leadership program from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. He lives in Bangalore with his family. Passionate about cricket - played for the school, college and university and of late started playing badminton. Loves wildlife, music and reading.

Heading Vehicle Integration, Engine & Auxiliary Systems Integration Verticals of R&D in TAFE. Having rich experience in Design, Development & Validation of New Engines, Transmissions and Vehicle Platforms to suit Global and Indian markets. Designed and developed about 8 Product platforms and 3 driveline platforms for Global and Indian Markets. Spearheading the introduction of Electronics in Tractors through Electronic Controlled Power Trains and Transmissions and involved in using the electronics effectively to solve the farming challenges and future requirements. Member of Off Highway Forum of SAE India.

S. M. RAJA VIKRAMAN Vice President - Operation, India Pistons Limited. Experience: 33Yrs in auto component manufacturing currently heading India Pistons Ltd., Earlier was heading the TVS plant, Ashok Leyland Joint venture unit, German auto component unit. Won All India CII Kaizen competition, Lead the plants through TPM, TQM awards implemented Lean systems. Commissioned more than 30 robots in various operations., Visited USA, UK, Japan, Russia, China, South Korea, Taiwan and implemented the technologies in house. Familiar with ultra Sonic testing, eddy current testing, quality systems, metallurgical, metrological equipment.
