TELESTO 2021 ABOUT TELESTO is the Annual Flagship National Level Inter-Collegiate Fest organized by Christ University School of Business and Management Association, Bannerghatta Campus, exclusively for management students from various reputed institutions. This business event is structured to imitate the corporate environment and replicate real-world corporate crises to evaluate its participants' capabilities. The two days of rigorous tasks were a test of endurance and wit to bring out the absolute best in each participant. These two days were filled with fierce competition amongst a plethora of participants representing their colleges. In view of the pandemic, the rounds of the fest were conducted online on the 26th and 27th of March 2021. THEME A Point in Paradigm, the theme of TELESTO 2021, refers to a standard set of ideas existing during a period. Over the past century, the world around us has witnessed dramatic shifts in particular perspectives majorly driven by technological upgrades in the industrial revolution. These shifts introduced a fresh perspective to the ways of the world, giving rise to new paradigms. Radical alterations of numerous industrial processes have resulted in businesses taking up the challenge to adapt to paradigm shifts. After all, change is the only constant. TELESTO 2021 aimed to act as the catalyst for the participants to master the art of adaptability while conquering Technology's evolution since the early 1900s. They were exposed to cases and problems from different time frames to bring out innovative solutions to survive against this phenomenon called Technology. The aim of the participants should be to benefit from the prolonging legacy of revolutionary technologies. PAGE 25
