‘HANDS-ON TRAINING SESSIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF' VISION Excellence and Service MISSION CHRIST(Deemed to be University) is a nurturing ground for an individual’s holistic development to make effective contribution to the society in a dynamic environment CORE VALUES Faith in God Moral Uprightness Love of Fellow beings Social Responsibility Pursuit of Excellence

PREFACE True to the words of John Marwood Cleese who said, “If you want creative workers, give them enough to play”, the administrative staff of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bannerghatta Road Campus were indulged in weekly hands-on training sessions as an effort to enhance their presentation skills and work-coordination. The exclusive training sessions which lasted from October till December 2020, were not just confined to official/ academic themes, but also included creative activities like music, baking, coir-making, quilt-making etc. Every week one of the administrative staff of the Bannerghatta campus will take the lead and present a session to the rest of the team and likewise each one got the opportunity to develop and experiment their presentation skills. A few sessions were presented by the Director and Dean of the Bannerghatta campus and the rest of the sessions were profoundly motivated by the management. This booklet is a representation of ‘creative nurturing’ of exclusive skills and inducing positivity in an otherwise ‘pandemic’ affected world. Turn the pages – discover what we did! Cheers!
