The Role The Regional City Planning team is a team which sits within the Regional City Growth and Investment team encompassing Economic Investment, Business Development, Planning (Statutory and Strategic) and Tourism/Events. tTohitshreomle will have the Statutory Planners reporting It will be responsible for assessing a wide range of planning applications including multi lot residential subdivisions, heavy industry and commercial developments A copy of the formal PD can be obtained by emailing [email protected]
What we’re looking for… Proven experience in the management of a range of pstuabtluictoarnydp/loarnpnrinivgatperoojregcatsnipsaarttioicnu.larly within a large Proven experience in the management of multi lot subdivisions and/or development plans including their implementation and knowledge and/or management of development contribution plans. Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure stheervdiceeli.very of an efficient and accurate planning Demonstrated interpersonal skills to engage and influence a range of professionals and community stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the Latrobe Valley community. A sound understanding of the Victorian Planning fProalmicyewfroarmk.ework and Urban Planning regulatory
